Yeah i know its not ready i am asking if its somethign that only happens at night? through out the day? so i have an expectation. She said, "I dont know what to tell you, its probably going to be 3-5 days". I said, "excused me? its something you have it instock and i am just asking when do they get processed". She said, "i dont know what else to tell you, if you dont have an email then its not here." I asked you dont even want an order ID to look? She said, sure give me your ID - honestly, i did not give it to her because her tone sounded like she is going to messed up my order on purpose. What an employee with so much hate in her..

They are one of the first stores to get the new collections, such as "38" and even some of the AG or rag and bone pieces. They just recently remodeled some of the center sections and the store has a more open feel to it. The fitting rooms have a lot of room, although there are not quite enough of them on sale days. The mirrors are fantastic though. What I love about this store is the sales people and the selection. First on selection. I have found pieces at this location I have found nowhere else. I will go to each one of the stores in Manhattan and in California all in the same weekend. I have found pieces here I could not find at department stores as well. If you ask, sometimes they will honor prices that department stores have on sale. For example on occasion Bloomingdales will have a friends and family sale that applies to Theory. If they have the same exact items at Bloomingdales, some of the sales people here will match. That goes a long way towards Good will with repeat customers like myself. The sales people are super friendly and very helpful. I have never felt any of them were pushy or trying to oversell. I have found them to be honest and candid about fit and styling. The only thing I wish they did more of is emailing clients when you pieces came in or sales were happening like many of the stores and designers that are local. For example, Isabel Marant sends me a PDF with all of their new styles and will hold pieces. I would love it at the sales people did that here with some of the more special attire. Over all though even the security people are super friendly and I know them as well! Feels like I am walking into my own closet when I come here. Also they have a decent selection of men's, almost as many pieces as they have women's!

One thing I've salvaged after all these years are my two all cotton tank tops. I've been wearing them for around 35 years. For real!! Today I noticed a hole in the back of the white one. Coach Queens Ctr Mall is no more and for some strange reason the locator doesn't state that so once again I'm forced to come to Manhattan but ok. I placed an order online for a color blocked Smyth Satchel crossbody and I intentionally ordered the same item in 2 sizes, the mini and regular size. I did that because sometimes especially when the bag is a crossbody there isn't room for your wallet. I wanted to make sure it was the right size as I plan on using it for my upcoming Europe vacation. After receiving the bag and falling in love with the larger size, I needed to return the other so 5th Ave it was. I walked in the store the only customer, approached a gentleman fixing a display and courteously stated why I was there. He beckoned to another worker (Asian lady) to assist me and reiterated what I needed help with. I took the bag from the shopping bag and handed it to her with the receipt. No sooner than I had done that she began to play 21 questions, where did you buy the bag, what's wrong with it, why are you returning it, why not take something else , do you have other coach bags. Wtf? Here's my thing....I'm gonna assume she can read as the receipt stated it was purchased online, shows that I bought two of the same bag, the one I was returning still had go on the straps and as I stood in front of her I was wearing a red crossbody from last season's collection. I hate that game. Whether it's intentional or not, it's unnecessary. If customers are making a return and they would live something else in return for it as opposed to the preferred for of payment, they'll say exchange etc or look for something else. Don't harass them under the disguise of customer service or side ways racism. Other than that love Coach, the quality of their products and their warranty. I have never had an issue with a product, reached out to them and it wasn't rectified swiftly and to maximum satisfaction. I will continue to patronize the brand, perhaps just not this location.
