I did not eat either of them. - cashier did not instruct or inform about cooking procedure - instructions for cooking station did not provide the explicit cooking procedure - cashier did not provide feedback after informing them about the burnt noodles (you could smell it) - Cashier double charged me despite not informing me that she could not compensate me This was an unfortunate and unnecessary situation to be in when all the employee needed was human empathy and customer service skill. Though they offer pastries too, I opted to swing by a bakery separately but it's great to have that variety available in one place. I was in and out very quickly, which is always appreciated when you're just trying to grab something good. The staff behind the counter were just as nice and efficient as I remembered from years ago.
