After that I asked for an adjustment and he literally swung my arm around like a helicopter before promptly leaving the room. My shoulder still hurts after 3 years. Don't waste your money. The secretaries were lovely though.

Scheduling a session was made very easy by the courteous staff and I was able to do some online registration in preparation. When I arrived the staff were courteous and very helpful. I was able to describe my symptoms and received a thorough assessment. A personalized treatment plan was put in place and I received an online exercise program that really helped. In my subsequent sessions my progress was reviewed, I received additional treatment and my exercises were modified or enhanced. Both my issues have been relieved and continue to improve. I would definitely recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy Saint John to all my family and friends.

Doctors at this clinic are more worried about billing medicare for their 4 patients per hour than…read morethey are of the care they provide their patients. The ask for medical history and prescription you are taking, then question why you are on these prescriptions, and when you start to explain they say to shut up as it is eating into their 15 minutes per patient (Doctors are paid per visit, not salaried or by the hour). These doctors only care about getting 4 patients per hour payments than they care about the actual patients. If you have any medical history, and no family doctor, I would recommend going to the hospital ER instead of these clinics. The ER doctors appear to care more about the patient's well being than the doctors at this client. The clinic uses paper records (and rarely updates or pulls your file), and has no access to the online medical records. If they had access, the would be able to see your medical history easily. But again, they don't want to see patients that need follow ups (i.e. BP treatments, Cholesterol Tests, PSA testing, etc). If your issue can't be solved in the 15 minute window, you may as well just let yourself die.

While having lots of new technology, he can still be considered 'old school' in that he is not afraid to get up on the table and jump on you. For newcomers, do not let that scare you - there are tons of new patients and even more repeat visitors, who obviously enjoy the care they are being given. There are awesome massage therapists at the office too! The office is very nice and there is an office dog - doesn't get any better than that!

I just moved to Saint John from Toronto and had some bad experiences with dentists back home that are judgmental and would nag and make me feel bad about not coming in more often. The entire team was very understanding and compassionate and they did the procedure on the same day for a VERY reasonable price. They did not make me feel in any way bad about it and I feel I was treated the same as any other customer. Back home I was quoted more than double and they wanted to sent me to a specialist that I had to wait months for! I'm really happy I picked this clinic and I'm actually looking forward to going back in the new year to stay on top of my dental needs. I feel like someone stepped on my head and punched me in the face today but no more dental pain! Thanks Bonner Dental Clinic!
