" HI CAROL" came from every corner in the office. VERY professional work but with family atmosphere. You are never rushed or forced to have anything done unless you are comfortable with it. Even the receptionist for the Dr. I wasn't there to see greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I used the Saint John office and am so grateful to Dr. Maggie and the entire staff for the work that was done and for making me feel like family!! If you are looking for extraordinary dental service in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, you have found your dentist!! Doctors at this clinic are more worried about billing medicare for their 4 patients per hour than…read morethey are of the care they provide their patients. The ask for medical history and prescription you are taking, then question why you are on these prescriptions, and when you start to explain they say to shut up as it is eating into their 15 minutes per patient (Doctors are paid per visit, not salaried or by the hour). These doctors only care about getting 4 patients per hour payments than they care about the actual patients. If you have any medical history, and no family doctor, I would recommend going to the hospital ER instead of these clinics. The ER doctors appear to care more about the patient's well being than the doctors at this client. The clinic uses paper records (and rarely updates or pulls your file), and has no access to the online medical records. If they had access, the would be able to see your medical history easily. But again, they don't want to see patients that need follow ups (i.e. BP treatments, Cholesterol Tests, PSA testing, etc). If your issue can't be solved in the 15 minute window, you may as well just let yourself die.

Went in to see Dr M. who was very nice in person and was referred to a periodontist. Total cost for implant from beginning to end between the 2 places would be between $5 and $6000. Or I could opt for a partial at a cost of about $3500. Took it upon my self to go to a denturist and was advised the cost will be less than $1000 for a partial but need to have old tooth removed (Partial tooth still sticking out). Called to make appt and was told Dr M. will not do it, want me to go to a dental surgeon. It is a simple pull out the tooth...... My over all review of this place is, unless it is for a cleaning or to get a new tooth brush, they are useless. They will push you to pay through the teeth, even if the teeth are broken. No pun intended. I feel like, because I did not go with the higher cash flow intake, I was declined. NOT GOOD BUSINESS and people need to do their research before being taken advantage of. Just because it is a recommendation, does not mean you have to take it or leave it. VERY DISATISFIED. Five star is for having nice courteous receptionists.
