Parking is behind the restaurant. The restaurant was very clean. We ordered the cheesy bread and then created our own 8 inch pizzas. We ordered the red sauce for dipping the cheesy bread, and it was served cold. We didn't love the sauce, but honestly the cheesy bread was really good on its own. For the pizzas they have plenty of toppings to choose from. I went with pepperoni, bell peppers, and onion. My husband had the same but also added sausage. The crust was so good. Pizza had good flavor and was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back!

The waitresses were very friendly and great at their job. The menu was quite extensive. Our food came pretty quickly. My husband got the haystack and he enjoyed it and took half of it home because it was so large. I got one biscuit and gravy with scrambled eggs of top. Biscuits were fluffy and sausage gravy was so good and just the way I like it. My husband said the coffee was very good. I had unsweet iced tea and it was good as well. Don't forget to ask for a senior discount if you are a senior. The ticket was less than what we usually eat for at Cracker Barrel. We will definitely come back when camping here again! Next time though I'm going to try their pies!

Spacious interior, and I think one of the best features is the wide aisles between tables. Very comfortable for customers using a walker or wheelchair. Just a nice accommodation for diners. Wonderful service, even on a busy holiday. Struggling to keep up with a busy lunch rush, but they were holding it together quite well. Clean restrooms. Had the meatloaf special. Not fresh made meatloaf. This was more of a minced, spam-ish beef product with can gravy. Didn't taste like home, sadly. However, veggies were fine as were the fries. And for the price, overall a good value. This is a fine diner. I'd recommend sticking close to the short order classics.

And chose a flight of beer, four for $13. Sumac Sour, Fig Porter, Dead Leaves, and Basil Saison. I enjoyed every one of them, but the Dead Leaves was my overall favorite. I decided on that one as my take home growler. I really enjoyed the green tomato sausage pizza, I enjoy a green tomato, not many restaurants have them on their menu in a state other than fried, so I had to get it. The flavors were great; the tartness of the green tomato went well with the sausage. The space is incredible, very rustic and woodsy, the perfect backdrop to the foraged beers.
