New owners don't keep consistent business hours so don't go there expecting them to be open.

Started using Family a few years ago. Convenient, courteous service and the prices are fantastic.

I don't normally use the laundromat but my dryer broke. Toted me all my laundry and a 4 year old. Lady was absolutely rude. Go elsewhere.

Ok, let's be real, laundromats can be a drag. In my life on earth, I never expected to have a…read morefavorite laundromat, I DEFINITELY never expected to be honestly impressed by a laundromat, but here I am, fixing to absolutely rave about a laundromat. 1st and most mind blowing- they have machines that can take two weeks worth of jeans from dirty to clean and all the way to DRY - not dry enough to give up and get on with your day slightly damp but whatever just let me leave this place, NO! Actually. Dry. in less than an hour. That sounds like a bald face lie. That sounds like a myth. But I swear to you, it's real. I've done it and it's amazing. I'm not say A pair of jeans. I mean, like all your jeans. Clean. Dry. In approximately the time it takes to watch one episode of Downton Abbey. Like, if you're into Downton Abbey. 2) it's always always always clean. How? Do they have cleaning gnomes or something? Who can say, but it's so clean! 3) I think it was literally Christmas Day, some holiday anyway, and the Google entry for the business says open every day, and I texted right thru Google I think, but I texted to ask is they were for true open that day and I expected either an automatic text response with their hours or like, nothing at all. It seemed a long shot, but I was having a laundry emergency, and I swear, in like two minutes I got a real live response, from a PERSON, who assured me that yes indeed, they were open. It was a Christmas miracle, I'm still talking about it and that was like 8 months ago. I don't know how this place exists in the real world and isn't just a figment of idealism and convenience, but it's there. There's even a place next door that will make you a great omelette or a big honkin burrito, which is also glorious, but a whole other review.

Really clean. All machines were in working order and not a super busy place to do your laundry. I…read morefelt more comfortable here than going to super sudds!

It would be unfair to give it two…read morestars because it looks like someone invested in this business 25 years ago and then never did anything. Anything. Honestly there are signs in there written on a ripped up cardboard box. There are a good amount of washers of standard or large sizes as well as dryers. You can past the time staring at the wall or washing the laundry swish around. I gotta say it doesn't exude the vibe where I'd feel comfortable leaving my laundry there while it washes and maybe run an errand around the corner. But if you need something in the area, as I said, you can wash a little load of close for $3.50 and dry the stuff up right quick in the super dryer. And you probably could take a walk around the block - or a quick drive - to grab a latte at Starbucks . . . I'm sure no one is interested in stealing your laundry. Just get back on time to get then out and move things along.

Horrible laundromat. There are always several machines consistently "out of order," and the general overall sense is that you don't want your clothing touching ANYTHING except the insides of the washer/dryer (hopefully at least THOSE are clean.) And as far as it looking friendly or welcoming or even professional - forget it. It's a plain building in a dusty parking lot with old washers and dryers in it, nothing more. It's in dire need of an update, and an attitude adjustment for the manager/owner. Madison is such a nice town and deserves a far better laundromat than this.
