My boyfriend and I decided to use this laundromat because it was in the area he was working in and…read moreit said it was 24 hours. We walked in and the place was empty. The machines looked extremely old, and didn't even appear to be turned on. We were met by who we assume was the owner (who wasnt wearing a mask) who asked us if we wanted to wash our clothes. We said yes, and he led us to the back row of washers. There was two large washers that both had "out of order signs" on them, so we asked if he had any other large machines. He told us to use one of the ones that was marked "out of order". He said it worked. Then he asked if we needed change and we said yes. He proceeded to put his hand out, waiting for our cash. We gave him $7. He disappeared into his office and began counting out quarters. We could hear him coughing up a lung in his office, but we had already loaded the washing machine and couldnt back out. My boyfriend told me to go wait in the car, since we were both skeeved out at that point. When my boyfriend came outside, he said that the owner had told him that he would take care of our laundry and that all we needed to do was come back to pick it up in an hour and a half. When we went back to get our clothes, he had stuffed them all on a small basket. Everything was incredibly wrinkled and honestly, the clothes had a musty smell to them. Once again my boyfriend told me to wait in the car while he folded our clothes. The owner sat in the lobby, watching him fold. At one point my boyfriend mentioned to the owner that the clothes were very wrinkled and the owner responded that we "didnt pay for fluff and fold". We actually didnt ask him to wash and dry our clothes either, he offered. Then the owner went out and sat in his car, clearly waiting for us to leave. We ended up throwing all the clothes in our basket and leaving. The owner locked the doors behind us, so clearly he isn't open 24 hours. We decided to bring our clothes to our normal laundromat and rewash everything. We even left our detergent at Basket Laundry and just buying more because we werent sure what kind of germs he was coughing onto it. We will never be back to this laundromat. Terrible experience.

Ok, let's be real, laundromats can be a drag. In my life on earth, I never expected to have a…read morefavorite laundromat, I DEFINITELY never expected to be honestly impressed by a laundromat, but here I am, fixing to absolutely rave about a laundromat. 1st and most mind blowing- they have machines that can take two weeks worth of jeans from dirty to clean and all the way to DRY - not dry enough to give up and get on with your day slightly damp but whatever just let me leave this place, NO! Actually. Dry. in less than an hour. That sounds like a bald face lie. That sounds like a myth. But I swear to you, it's real. I've done it and it's amazing. I'm not say A pair of jeans. I mean, like all your jeans. Clean. Dry. In approximately the time it takes to watch one episode of Downton Abbey. Like, if you're into Downton Abbey. 2) it's always always always clean. How? Do they have cleaning gnomes or something? Who can say, but it's so clean! 3) I think it was literally Christmas Day, some holiday anyway, and the Google entry for the business says open every day, and I texted right thru Google I think, but I texted to ask is they were for true open that day and I expected either an automatic text response with their hours or like, nothing at all. It seemed a long shot, but I was having a laundry emergency, and I swear, in like two minutes I got a real live response, from a PERSON, who assured me that yes indeed, they were open. It was a Christmas miracle, I'm still talking about it and that was like 8 months ago. I don't know how this place exists in the real world and isn't just a figment of idealism and convenience, but it's there. There's even a place next door that will make you a great omelette or a big honkin burrito, which is also glorious, but a whole other review.

Really clean. All machines were in working order and not a super busy place to do your laundry. I…read morefelt more comfortable here than going to super sudds!

This is my go to whenever I'm in a bind and our washing machine breaks down. Being in spa industry…read morewe go through an insane amount of linens each day and this laundromat is local. I never thought I would leave a review for a laundromat but if you're going to support a business: this is the one. The location is ideal, the space is incredibly clean, the washers accept coin as well as card, and most importantly the staff is friendly and helpful. Every single person I spoke with was absolutely helpful and friendly. It made my time go by quickly on an otherwise very stressful day. Thank you Clean N Green Laundromat for your great customer service. I will continue to recommend and use your facilities whenever I am in need!

Hate laundry....LOVE this place…read more The machines are fantastic, and I love that a wash here sanitizes your laundry (on cold). The dryers WORK (if you know, you know). My laundry dry time is about 30m. At other places, sometimes it takes FOREVER. I guess it's because they take great care of their machines. All of this plus card readers on the machines make my laundry trips SO much quicker than before. Staff is super friendly too, and I've used their wash and fold service in a pinch. 10/10 recommend. Decent price. They really take care of your laundry like it's their own. I travel out of my way to come here because it's truly the best laundromat I've ever been to. I'm in and out and my clothes are clean! That's everything I want.

Unprofessional and Aggressive Employee Date of Visit: Past…read moreSaturday Afternoon My Background: I have been a loyal customer of this laundromat for over 10 years. I live nearby while caring for my mother and rely on this business regularly. As the CEO of a global family enterprise, I understand how customer service should operate--with respect, professionalism, and calm resolution. The Incident: A dryer machine had finished its cycle over an hour prior, with clothing still inside. I asked another customer if it was her load; she said no. Following my long-standing habit--and because every previous employee here had told me it was acceptable--I removed the clothes so I could use the machine. Upon returning later, an employee named Cookie aggressively approached me. She initiated the interaction with an extremely hostile and nasty attitude, accusing me of lacking "common courtesy." I calmly explained that my action was not intentional but simply habit, based on past permissions from staff. Escalation and Unprofessional Conduct: Cookie's Aggression:** Instead of de‑escalating, Cookie became more confrontational, insisting on arguing for roughly 20 minutes just to "get the last word." Disrespect to a Customer:** When I noticed another person waiting at the counter and politely pointed it out, Cookie told me to "shut up and mind my business," adding that I shouldn't tell her how to do her job. She later claimed the individual was her son. Intimidation Tactics:** Cookie had several visitors hanging around the business during her shift. At one point, she pointed directly at me while speaking to them, in a manner that felt intended to threaten or signal that they should possibly harm me. Why This Is Unacceptable: This business does not need an employee like Cookie. Her behavior was not merely rude--it was openly hostile and could have provoked a violent confrontation had I not remained composed due to my professional background and calm disposition. A laundromat should be a safe, neutral environment; Cookie created an atmosphere of intimidation and unprovoked aggression. Bottom Line: No customer should be subjected to verbal abuse, public humiliation, or implied threats from a staff member. Management/ Owner should immediately address this employee's conduct before a more serious incident occurs. In all actuality Cookie needs to be fired!

Wow! I am so grateful for and impressed by the wash and fold services at Laundry Room of Waterford…read more I have never used this type of service before, but I definitely will again in the future. I typically use a local laundromat (including laundry room of Waterford) to wash my clothes, but the heavy snow this season and my shifting job schedule made it really challenging to get everythin done this month. Staff were clear and friendly in helping me schedule the service, and my three weeks worth of laundry was done in a day! With my socks matched! I am incredibly grateful. Winter 2026 rate was $1.50 a pound, plus tax and tip. I'll mostly stick to doing my own and use this as a special-circumstances plan, but the cost was very reasonable considering the work and professionalism of what the team did. Thank you!

I started coming here because one day, I made a fuss about my significant others' lack of attendance during domestic household chores. After some protest, my partner decided to come along to appease me. We went to my usual spot- Brick Top- but he did NOT like it. We drove around frantically, trying to find a more suitable location. The goal was to find an out-of-the-way laundry mat that not too many people use. He wanted low-key, a lot of washers/dryers, and tons of space. As for me, I need clean, efficient, fast, and plenty of parking. Finally, we drove past Soap & Suds, which was on the same road as Walmart across the street from Aldis. It is in a perfect plaza. The Plaza itself has a pizza spot, a liquor store, and a hair salon. To its right, there is a Dunkin' Donuts and a nail salon. After almost a year of continued visits, I have found my laundry matt. I now utilize their drop of services. So far, I have been able to drop off and pick up the SAME DAY! Wow! What a convenience when you are always on the go and need fast and reliable service. However, do keep in mind that there is only one representative on the clock. He is a kind man with a warm smile. The laundry mat has a bathroom for customers only and plenty of seating. The parking lot is enormous, though hard to exit from, as it is located off a central strip with constant fast-moving traffic. In the snow, it can be slippery and and perhaps a bit dangerous.
