Shawn came and assessed the problem, Jedediah came to fix the problem, and Brandon assisted him by feeding the tubing into the leaky pipe. This was a major job that could have required digging up my concrete floor, but they successfully completed the task without ruining my floors. They were all professional, courteous and timely with the repair. I have seen some bad reviews on this company, and somehow, I believe there are times people are just so upset with their plumbing issue that they take it out on the plumber.
