To impress me, a florist shop needs to exhibit creativity and display unique flowers & plants. All of which, Chatham Flowers going for them. we discussed what I was looking for, the price point, if a vase was to be included or not, and they went to work creating a beautiful bouquet with exactly the flowers I was hoping would be in the arrangement. The final arrangement was stunning, packed for travel and for presentation. I could not be happier with the final product. I did also buy a small bird to be nestled in the arrangement as well as a stunning heart for our fireplace mantle at home. In short, great find, talented people, unique inventory, customer focused, and a pleasure to do business with.

When I called to voice my frustration having just spent $80.00 on the arrangement and delivery, she had the audacity to tell me that she couldn't find the location, "so, now we're even". She acknowledged her comment wasn't professional. Darn right, it wasn't. I won't ever use this florists, and suggest you don't, either. We all make mistakes, but her comment and lack of professionalism was unacceptable.
