The folks here are generally friendly ... I arrived at the register with my three bales and the cashier said "Someone could've brought those up for you." I let her know that it wasn't a problem and that I had also encountered two employees on the way to the hay, both of whom could have informed me of the same thing. Not a deal-breaker, but indicative of lackluster customer service nonetheless. I'll be back here if and when I need something that they carry. The selection for lawns, pets and outdoor living in general is good. They're a little pricey, but where else can one find a watering trough in this neck of the woods? All in all, these folks are worthy of repeat business.

I called Marshalls "customer service" and they told me that i have to call FedEx because they are responsible. So i called FedEx and they told me that Marshalls is responsible. It's like I was attacked and they almost refused my return They wanted to issue me store credit and want me to provide my ID. I told them no, one can return an item with a yellow tag once he or she has a valid receipt which I furnished to the store clerk Page. She was very adamant that they do not take yellow tag items back. She asked Summer who said no, do not accept it. Summer called for a manager who never showed up, but Paige.H came to the check out and she agreed to do the return, but Paige continued to discourage her. Three coordinators who need to be coached on the store return policy. I had to tell them I have been shopping at Marshalls before they started working for the establishment. They tried to make me look stupid, but in fact they were the ones acting stupid. I had to keep my cool. I had to request their customer service number to call for verification and I was right. They need to issue me a huge apology for making me waste my time at the store . Store clerks need to be fully educated about their store's return policy especially when you are a coordinator. It shows that they are not fully educated about policy. I informed them about it and they thought I was wrong when I was in fact right.

Didn't have any room in my car to take the paintings they were too large to actually fit in my vehicle. A very kind lady helped me out took the painting in her vehicle. I live three minutes away from the store. So happy that she was able to help me out and took time out of her day to help me out even though she didn't have to help me out. Overall great experience I'll definitely go again for further purchases.
