There was a small section to the right, when you first walk in, that has I guess items one might want to run in and out with a quick purchase (ie greeting cards, gift bags, gift paper, shampoo, oral hygiene supplies, women's hygiene supplies. Many of these were small samplings of things located in other areas of the store. I like the idea of not having to run all over to get this stuff, but thought the store had such a limited selection until I found their true homes. Maybe if the was a sign that listed the quick find items, it would help visitors, and they get quite a few, with 2 Silverleaf Resorts being within miles, on Lake Palestine. We did find the few items needed, and at a reasonable price.

As it turned out, the same staff member quickly realized they were out of his suggested item, so he came back and helped me find a similar item in a different quantity. You might find that you have to buy the economy pack instead of just quantity one, but that's okay. I also spied things I didn't know I needed. Which is why I left quickly. This store can be dangerous to your wallet, a dollar at a time.

The store was out and I said something about not wanting to stop at other store because I had 3 kids with me and a broken foot. While I was checking out one of the staff approached me with 6 zip ties from his truck. Above and beyond and appreciated ! It was 11-21-21. I rather like this. However, growing up, my parents seemed to think that the place to go was Factory Connection. First let me say, I have mad respect for FC. In 2006 my parents gave me a $200 gift card to this store. Initially, I was a bit disappointed. While they are scattered about East Texas (basically exclusively), I lived in Denton at the time. I figured I would never use it. Fast Forward to 2014. I still had not used it. It was a printed receipt with a balance of $200. Over the years it had faded a bit. Also, FC had switched systems. Now it was all electronic. Despite this (it had no expiration date) the manager went above and beyond and got me my $200 credit. I will never forget it. They carry many brands that you cannot get out there (and honestly, may not want to - hence the minus 1 star) like Flypaper, Affliction, American Eagle, Polo, a bunch of paisley "Southern" brands I recognize and even had some of my favorite, Penguin. Though very little of it had the athletic/slim fit I needed. I did snag one shirt. The store is small and full. Summer was a great associate. The items are pretty deeply discounted. If you like the style of things they sell, certainly worth checking out.
