When we asked about our appointment, the employee was rude and unprofessional and told us that there were six people ahead of us. If appointments are being accepted, customers should be able to reasonably expect to be seen around their scheduled time--or at least be informed of a significant delay. Being made to wait and then told there were six people ahead of us was extremely frustrating and felt very disrespectful of our time. We usually hit up Coach and Gymboree when we are here! Starting with coach - they have an amazing staff, helpful, nice and they are super knowledgeable. They find you bags you might like that haven't been out out yet! Just great! They usually have a additional 50% off going on around holidays and they get specialty lines in like, PAC man, Disney, ect. Gymboree - seriously this is the only brand my kids wear! At the outlet you can get pieces for as little as $1 for amazing clothes for kids! Usually it's last years line for the actual stores but they are all adorable! They have a helpful staff! We are so lucky to have this store! Hopefully more stores will open in the outlets soon. But for now they offer enough to pull us in!

Aubre and Sean are an asset to Tractor Supply Company and are knowledgeable friendly and helpful, which is really hard to find in any business in Taos, NM .
