NO Service is the worst service. My time is worth more than the person that I am going to pay to be there to perform a service. I do not expect a notification of the delayed or cancelled appointment but I would like to remind services that if businesses have the audacity to charge if we the customer misses an appointment perhaps reciprocity would be an appropriate action when the reverse occurs. Sorry about this long and poor review of your company but perhaps you need a wake up call, at least your employees do !

If you are looking for a new stylist/barber‍ I highly recommend; Trish, Heather, or Emily. The check-in system has had issues in the past, but works great now. It's best if you can schedule via the app a day or two prior. The only thing missing is a description of the services; e.g. what's the difference between the 'damn good haircut', 'men's haircut' and 'Jude's cut'? I believe there use to be a few more selections but with the recent price increase it looks like they eliminated some of the redundant choices. The decor is best described as "hip", or 'trying to be cool'. I'm not a big fan of the mural that is up there now. It took me awhile to 'get' why the word "Saginaw" was predominately sprawled across the wall. I preferred the original decor, but it sounds like a few people were 'offended'. The chairs are comfortable. The people are friendly. In other areas you would pay $75+ for a haircut of this caliber. Enjoy!
