Since we left a fair amount of furniture in…read morethe house, and since there were a few minor repairs needed, we figured we would need to make a couple of trips to California during the sales process.  When we interviewed Peter Wardhana we asked him his thoughts on this and he immediately promised we would not need to return to California at all and that he would coordinate everything from preparing the house to go on the market to disposing of the furniture.  Peter informed us that he had sold homes with out of state owners in the past and that the sales process would be smooth sailing without our presence. Peter was true to his word. The level of service and care Peter provided was far beyond our expectations.  Not only did Peter manage the usual staging, inspections and marketing efforts, he also, on his own initiative, personally repainted a couple doors and other areas where the paint was faded or scratched and made a few other minor repairs.  Once the house was sold, he arranged for the furniture to be given away and removed from the home.   Peter kept us up to date on his activities every step of the way through phone calls, texts, pictures, emails and FaceTime.  He was always available to us on very short notice to answer our questions. Once the home was on the market, Peter fielded dozens of phone calls and viewings over the course of the five days it was on the market.  In the end, we received 13 very solid offers and the house sold for substantially more than our asking price.  We are really glad we chose Peter to be our agent and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.  You will not find a more experienced agent with a higher level of service than Peter.
