Everyone is incredibly welcoming and the body scan in the beginning is super personalized and detailed and they answer any and all questions you have about your body, fitness and nutrition. Worth paying the premium if your household can manage it, it offers the personalized experience of personal training while offering you a super amazing group environment. I forgot my badge and they were still cool with me manually checking myself in. Also, I like how I don't have to pay like $20/ day gym fees when I do 1-day passes at other gyms, so I'm glad this place is a franchise. The manager at the time (didn't get his name, but he was there at 2PM on 2/6) was super helpful, and let me put my oversized luggage case in his office to keep it safe. I really appreciate the hospitality for a traveler, and the good facilities which my Libertyville gym doesn't have (free bananas, AstroTurf, heavy bags, and double end bags) Great experience for a business trip, and great way to end a business trip with a 2 hour workout. You guys rock, and deserve a 5 star review!!!!

I use a personal trainer for my strength training, and I feel stronger and healthier. The trainers also offer small group classes, which are challenging and affordable. The whole complex is well maintained with clean restrooms and working drinking fountains. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping things organized and swimmer-friendly. There's convenient off-street parking all around the facility, and plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby making it perfect for multi-day meets or out-of-town families. It can be a little tricky to find the pool for the first time since it's tucked away off the main road, so don't rely solely on a quick glance at your map. Once you're there, everything's easy to access. We only wish there was a bit more spectator seating. With big events like this, the stands fill up fast. Overall, it's a top-notch swim venue and a great experience for swimmers.

Plus, there's a pool and sauna! I'm probably missing a few things, but you get the idea. Theres a ton here that other gyms simply don't have (including kid care and supplements). I don't mind crowded gyms or asking to work in when I need a machine, but if you're not into that, I'd recommend coming really early on weekdays or any time on weekends (it's surprisingly empty then). I'm on a 4-person family plan- about $90 total- and we each get our own membership with guest access. The staff is friendly and easygoing with guests, though a heads-up: tripods aren't allowed if you're into recording your workouts. Overall, I always enjoy my workouts here, especially around 6:30 AM or sometimes 2 PM depending on my schedule. And honestly, don't be afraid to make friends! Most people are super nice if you just ask how many sets they have left or if you can work in on a busy leg day.
