Nobody is blaming you for shipping delays. We're holding your business accountable for the original repair mistake and the disruption that followed. The shipping delay didn't cross-thread the axle. You also claim you "paid for everything." Let's be accurate: the rental we needed so my husband could work was our loss. Whatever you spent correcting the repair does not mean every consequence for our family was covered. And instead of responding with an ounce of professionalism, you publicly rated us "0/10," called us "HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS" and "very fake," and suggested the next shop that sees our faces should prepare for a "nightmare." Not only is he extremely thorough, respectful, and intuitive of your car's needs and your budget, but there's no opportunity for nonsense because he literally takes you out underneath the car, pulls up the diagnostics and explains every issue, every step of the way...And it's not a salesman's pitch, it's so you know how to better care for your car so they can trust their work to last. It trickles down to the rest of the staff, as well; they all seem very detail-oriented and accommodating, but not in a way that makes you feel like it's a backdoor deal, just consistency and great customer service as the standard. I really enjoyed learning about things I probably should have known a long time ago, but that knowledge was shared with an understanding that I was actually invested in the whole process, which is pretty astounding and will certainly save my family money in the long run. I needed the tires right away for an offroading event close by. Facility is clean and nice. Staff here is very friendly. They will try quite a bit to sell you on the certificate warranty. It's up to you to decide if it's worth it. Think of it like an extended warranty for your tires. Recommend checking this place out if you need a good tire shop in the area.
