He said he had read my review on Yelp and wanted to know if there was anything that he could do to get me to delete or change my review. To which I responded, "quickly process my refund." He explained that the company was going through changes ... etc. In all, the excuses sounded viable. However, when I pay for a service I like it to be reliable. The bottom line ...
