Now my younger daughter just got her license through them as well and I want to say thank you to the owners of this agency for giving my children the best driving experience as well as making them safe and courteous drivers. Thank you for keeping our children safe and making them good drivers.

Shortly after posting this review I received a call from someone at Drive Safer. That person…read moreclaimed that the reason why I was not able to get in touch with someone and why no one called me back was because of the holiday (Mother's day). After that conversation, I received another call from someone else. He said he had read my review on Yelp and wanted to know if there was anything that he could do to get me to delete or change my review. To which I responded, "quickly process my refund." He explained that the company was going through changes ... etc. In all, the excuses sounded viable. However, when I pay for a service I like it to be reliable. The bottom line ... I wouldn't use this company again; and I wouldn't recommend it.

I accompanied my child who needed more practical experience, but after spending the day watching, I would like to take the class myself. He learned how it really feels to speed around corners, to stop short, to ride on water, etc. Skilled teachers accompanied him for every skill, and gave great feedback. By the end of the day, his driving was substantially improved, my comfort level with his ability to handle adverse situations increased, and he had a great time. I'd highly recommend this class to new drivers as well as to experienced drivers.

We had a very disappointing experience with this driving school, particularly their secretary, who…read moreI am told may also be an owner, and boasts that she has been in this business for 30 years - clearly she's burnt out and cranky. She does not have people skills and gives you false information over the phone. We paid for the 5-hour virtual driving course via this school, but we did not use their instructors. Upon completion of this course, I was told by my daughter's driving instructor (from another company) to call Adrian's driving school and get the course completion conf. # from them, so that he could book her Road test, while I awaited the physical copy which they were SUPPOSED TO MAIL ME, but we never received. The day of the test we thought we had all the paperwork in order, with the conf. # that she had completed the 5-hour course. When we realized we needed the physical certificate, I immediately drove to the driving school for my hard copy (which i was willing to pay for a 2nd time - no questions asked) but you must know that Adrian's driving school posts their hours of operation as 8-5, but what they don't tell you is that THEY ARE VIRTUAL NOT IN THE OFFICE. So you see, if you lose a certificate or plain never received one like I did not, THEY CANNOT HELP YOU! Now, when I spoke with this woman (again Adrian's wife or relative ) she told me that IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY DAUGHTER'S CERTIFICATe, how that statement could be true I don't understand, was it mailed to me CERTIFIED? No it was not. She then went onto say that she had no idea what Conf # I was talking about, trying to make it look like I had nothing to stand on, despite my receipt from my daughter having taken their course. So when I reviewed my text messages with my daughter's driving instructor, I saw that I texted him on a specific date, saying that I had just gotten off the phone with this "secretary/owner" and SHE HERSELF had given me the conf. # of completion for my daughter's course, which I had in my phone. Personally, I believe that she just had no interest in helping me. She was rude and unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL! I am told by my daugher's driving instructor that this school has done this to other students of his. PLEASE USE CROWN DRIVING SCHOOL in Yorktown hts.- you won't be disappointed!

Patience is the virtue that any good teacher has, and patience is the quality that all the tutors in C2 possess. Also, when I began, I took two practice SATs on my own and on my first test in C2 and I kept scoring in the 1200s, however, when I went to C2, my scores kept on increasing, and now I am in the high 1300s to low 1400s range in only 90 hours. That's a huge improvement that this place has done on me! And most importantly: Shout out to Stephanie Rubin, someone who is always excited to help people willingly, accept people unconditionally, and encourages people enthusiastically.
