We had a duplicate key bought from some kiosk at Menard's that wouldn't pair, so the theft system on the car prevented the key from working. I called pop a lock. Initially they told me that they didn't have anyone available. But shortly after Rah called me back and said he was on his way. He came and helped us get the door unlocked. The girl on the phone was nice, but that she would ask me a little more specific information, but she did ask for my basic car info and my contact information. My worry was I was in a public parking lot on the UWSP campus and surrounded by plenty of cars...maybe I should have told her exactly where I was in the parking lot. Regardless she said they would be there in 10 minutes, which they were.  It was helpful that they were in a big obvious truck, so I knew it was them and waved them down.  The locksmith was very friendly and quick with his work.
