My Acoustic Guitar has never sounded better! I just started taking guitar lessons and my instructor recommended a tune-up on the guitar. The action was way to high and the entire bridge/ saddle had to be replaced. Because I am new to this instrument I only new this after Shannon pointed it out. Can't say enough good things about them. I had two luthiers 'try' to set up my Gibson SG. Both claimed they got the action as low as they could and it was the guitar at fault mostly. Shannon did what they both couldn't for far less money. Got the action as low as I wanted and made playing it a pleasure again. Me and my buddy ran into a problem with one of our instruments a couple hours before our performance at a wedding ceremony and in desperation we called around, but alas, all the music shops were closed on Sunday.
