All I did here is an assistant introduced me invisalign and braces, and then a doc came and did some simple check. Then the doc said: yes we could do it. Done. No advice, no plan. I even hesitate can they really do orthodontic treatment. The most surprised me part is it charge me without any informing. I have done this consultant in seven clinic and none of them charged me(while that maybe not usual), one of them informed me before I booked the appointment(so that I could decide if I would go). For general dentist request, I don't know. But for orthodontic, definitely not.

Anyway, I called the office and it was about 10AM here so about 1PM there I suppose; and the phone continued to ring and ring. I hung up, and later tried again. This time I let it ring for quite a while thinking perhaps an answering machine would kick in. Instead, the reception picked up the phone and without hearing a word from me, asked me to hold. No problem I said. So; I continued to wait for about 5 minutes, then suddenly the phone slammed down on my ear. I then called back and asked the receptionist why the phone was slammed down, and she said that she was busy. OKAY.....I said. I went on to mention the nature of my call, and she assured me that she would relay the message. I waited 3 days and no return of the message. I also sent emails. Still nothing. Sent them back an email in return stating that I"m glad I"m not a patient of theirs . That they can keep that type of practice is Dartmouth Nova Scotia where it belongs! I got a check up with Dr. Lucy and then returned for a cleaning with the hygienist. When you enter through the double doors you'll find the waiting area and the reception desk with the three admins. There's a tv in one section of the waiting room and one in each of the rooms that I've been in for work. They took special care to find out if I was comfortable or had any anxiety about visiting the dentist. There is lots of free parking given that it's located in a large strip mall and it's across the street from the Dartmouth bus terminal for those taking transit. If you're looking for a new dental clinic, I definitely recommend this one. To note though, you'll need to go in for a special new patient appointment before they'll do any work on your teeth, so don't wait for a cavity!

Ok, so it's not a perfect match to the molar.. but it's hilariously close. A beautiful scenic view throughout the whole office. Right on the basin, and plenty of windows to look through. A great staff of dental assistants and doctors to make anyone feel as comfortable as can be. TV's in the ceiling to help distract from the possible pain you may be enduring. My last visit was of the emergency variety. They were very accommodating of me, and worked to get me in. So I think the four stars after the 30 minutes of pain I suffered through.. should be a good indicator of how good this office is.
