I have a nice car and I have lived there and parked in the same place for years and all the sudden they get zealous about towing me. I am a United States Veteran and take care of people for a living, work hard and kind my own business. I certainly do not deserve to be treated this way by incompetent lazy guards who do not even look on the car to see if there is a visible parking pass. So twice at $465 I have had my car towed right across the street from the housing community of Nuovo terraces. The first time I called I was nice thinking they made a mistake that would be straitened out. But a total power hungry nasty low life of a woman named Brittney couldn't be more nasty or condescending and refused to call off the dogs and refund me the money that it cost because MY PASS WAS VISIBLE! So it turns out that CIS has an agreement with the towing company to get kick-backs for towing cars that they think they can away with because the person should have the money to pay. Mine was gone for 30 minutes and 1/4 mile away. $465 unbelievable. Anyway, I am being harassed by these backwoods, disgusting people who have no customer service skills, and just laugh with sadistic glee that you are upset that they can't and refuse to acknowledge that they made a mistake having mine and other peoples cars towed.
