I have an established relationship and account so I can just email them and expect a response and action. If you don't, I would call and convey your needs for next steps. It had been a while but when I needed a rush, they were the first people that came to mind. I was working from home and needed them to up papers from my office and hand deliver them to the Sheriff's civil desk. I sent them an email around 11:30 with details and they responded in about an hour. They picked up the documents and got them to the right place by the 3:00 cut off time. I had the same experience as the 1 stars. When I first spoke with Jesse, he sounded professional, but after he got paid, that changed. Jesse sent the proof of service filled out incorrectly and incompletely. When I tried to explain to him via email that it was not correct, he called me on the phone, extremely upset, crashing out, not letting me speak, and being extremely rude. Besides the evident mental health issues, more importantly, they don't know how to fill out a Proof of Service. I'd avoid this business at all costs and am questioning whether he is even a registered process server.......

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one…read more I hired Central Valley Process Servers to serve documents and e-file a proof of service for a scheduled court hearing. I paid the additional fee for the filing service and was specifically told by the owner, Jesse Moraga, that the proof of service had been filed on June 4, 2026 at 10:09 AM. I have the email confirming this and will be attaching it to this review. Relying on that representation, I appeared in court believing all required paperwork had been properly handled. To my surprise, the judge informed us that the proof of service was not properly before the court. We were forced to address the issue in open court, and the hearing was only able to proceed because opposing counsel agreed to continue the matter. Had opposing counsel objected, the consequences could have been far more serious and could have significantly impacted the case. What makes this even more concerning is that I relied on a statement that turned out to be false. I was specifically told the filing had been completed when it had not. This was not simply a matter of a document being filed late without anyone knowing. I was affirmatively advised that the filing had already been completed, which gave me every reason to believe there was nothing left to worry about before the hearing. The negligence alone was bad enough, but the response afterward was even more disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility, apologizing, or acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, I was met with excuses, blame shifting, and a dismissive attitude. The focus quickly became my frustration with the situation instead of the filing failure that caused it. Process servers handle important legal matters where deadlines and court filings matter. Clients hire them specifically to avoid mistakes like this. If a company is going to advertise professional process serving and e-filing services, then it should be held accountable when those services are not performed correctly. The proof of service was eventually filed, but only after the issue had already surfaced in court. In my opinion, that is unacceptable. The negligence, lack of accountability, and inaccurate information provided to me regarding the filing status are the reasons for this review. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with an important court matter.

I told you to not return here I told you my son has two court dates in October and that he moved to another town. Did you file a due diligence form to be able to post anything anywhere , no you only attempt to service once and you came back and left a piece of paper in the mailbox. Did you call child support to verify that they should keep coming back to this address? Nope, then you want to put on the proof of service that I yelled at you cuss at you over a phone on a voicemail, and that you were breaking the law by leaving a piece a paper, you did not not personal service of my son you have jeopardize my safety along with my child which child support got reamed you are gonna pay for it just because you don't think a program exist. It does exist because they've all learned. They don't even have a physical address for me because of a program, but I told you not to come back here because of the program I was in, did you go to any one of his courts in October and serve him know you couldn't hold on another month because you needed your $24 from the county or the city of Fresno well let's see how much it's gonna cost you now and let's see how a judge likes it you're lying. Let's see how your license committee likes it you're lying because it seems like you have other reviews on here that you've lied , on serving people which has messed up my sons case which I have already filed paperwork to have your proof of service denied. You did not serve anybody. The front door did not open you left a piece of paper in the mailbox but see you walked up with the paper and left with the paper so that's on video , and actually a person being outside after you left a paper I told you were breaking the law you did so I suggest you learn with the program is, Child support told you to do not come to somebody's house again i suggested you do not purger or lie that you personally serve somebody again I suggest that you better figure out a way to fix something because I'm coming after you because they are also being held liable for my safety and my child safety being compromised and child support has already had grievances filed on them just like I file paperwork to have your proof of service thrown out so make sure that my cameras show exactly what I'm saying, and there was a witness who saw everything and child support was notified right away that she returned against safety protocols, enforced by the state of California and per child supports prior hearings with the judge about my address being in kept confidential they didn't even have my physical address but good thing is I have letters from them that they told you not to come back but you did you never served anybody personally, you lied on court documents you perjured yourself so have fun fighting this in court fighting type fun fighting this in court as I have proof from child support
