I have an established relationship and account so I can just email them and expect a response and action. If you don't, I would call and convey your needs for next steps. It had been a while but when I needed a rush, they were the first people that came to mind. I was working from home and needed them to up papers from my office and hand deliver them to the Sheriff's civil desk. I sent them an email around 11:30 with details and they responded in about an hour. They picked up the documents and got them to the right place by the 3:00 cut off time.
