The line gets long, but it will go by fast as you watch the owner throw shade at guests and instigate arguments over if you REALLY want him to add spice or not. Like literally, he innocently offers you the option to add spice to your falafel, then berates your "yes" choice and tries very hard to convince you that it's a horrible idea. Repeat with every single customer. BUT you can tell that he just wants to interact with his customers and that he's totally passionate about what he does. The falafel wrap itself is intense -- 3 GIANT falafel balls per wrap, plus extra large helpings of Persian spiced yogurt, beets, caramelized onions, pickled red cabbage, herbs. Yogurt here is especially delightful because it's so airy and light. At 6-7 EUR per wrap, it's not cheap, but you'll be full for the rest of the day.
