I specifically requested liposuction multiple times, as my previous surgeon included it and it was necessary for symmetry, but Dr. Chapin told me it was not needed. It was not performed, and my thighs show no improvement. The extended incision now protrudes even more than before. I spent $3,500 on the thigh revision with absolutely no positive change. I also only agreed to the upper and lower back lift because Dr. Chapin strongly recommended them, assuring me they would significantly improve my contour. These were not procedures I sought out myself. After spending an additional $12,000, the results are extremely minimal and not at all reflective of what was described to me. What stands out most is how dismissive Dr. Chapin was of my concerns. From my very first follow-up, I expressed dissatisfaction, yet my concerns were brushed aside again and again. At my most recent scheduled appointment--where the office was already 20 minutes behind--I was told Dr. Chapin "didn't have time" to discuss my thigh issues and still perform scar injections, and that I had to pick one. This was a scheduled visit specifically meant to address my post-op needs, and being told there wasn't time to even discuss my concerns was incredibly disrespectful and invalidating. Anytime I pressed for answers or expressed that I was unhappy with the results, I was essentially told there was nothing that could be done and to "be happy with your body." This felt dismissive, minimizing, and completely out of line considering I had been raising the same concerns from the beginning and had invested significant money into procedures that produced little to no improvement. Because he was local, I went to Dr. Dibello for Botox injections back in 2023. I paid what friends…read moreconsidered, TO MUCH. At the time, Dr. Joseph N. Dibello suggested Dysport - never heard of it, but went with it and was satisfied with the result. Fast forward to 2026, I returned for another session of Dysport. I was informed that Dr. Dibello no longer uses Dysport, but was assured that Botox would be just as affective. Dr. Dibello explained to me that Botoxs' results would not be as "immediate" as Dysport, and that it could take several weeks to see full results. Within the first few days, my entire brow line swelled up and was lying on my eyelids to the point to where it was obstructing my vision. My family told me that I looked like a Neanderthal. Another family member, who works in the medical industry, told me that the doctor "missed the targets." Ever being an optimist, I stuck with the words Dr. Dibello told me about the Botox taking some time, so I was patient. After 6-7 weeks, the swelling dissipated and my wrinkles returned to full form, as if I received no Botox at all. I called Dr. Dibello's office, stated my situation to the receptionist. She told me that Dr. Dibello was not in, and that he will get back to me. Several days later, I received a call from his receptionist, who went on - speaking over me - with numerous excuses as to why they will not make good on my horrible result, including blaming my wrinkles (huh?), and flat-out lying as to what I was told about Botox, and the time frame of results. DO NOT IGNORE THE RED FLAGS. The two times I was at this office, there was no one else there, and he only has one staff member. This guy apparently does not get much business - I now know why! Dr. Dibello also has the personality of a wet dish rag. He lacks people skills, and comes off as awkward and insecure. Lesson learned!

Wide eyed and bushy tailed, I walked into my initial consultation several years ago and inquired about breast implants. I was determined to not have scars (shame on me for not doing more research; however, I trusted the "professionals"). They're great until something goes wrong or you are unhappy. First of all, under the armpit incisions are not the best way to go about putting something into the chest cavity. I mentioned I had some nerve damage and couldn't feel my entire arm down to my pinky for a year post procedure and was told this was caused by something else (not true) it was nerve damage from the implants, which has left me with numbness and arm pain to this day. The implants were also slightly squished after getting an MRI and were too large for my body as a whole. Almost immediately after I had this procedure, I experienced a wide array of symptoms, starting with the nerve damage, numbness and hair loss. I was a bodybuilder prior to the procedure and afterwards, could not do push ups or chest workouts anymore due to the damage they caused. The implant would freeze and almost cramp on the side I had issues with. After three years of Breast Implant Illness symptoms and nearly my entire body shutting down, I knew I had to do something after ruling nearly everything else out. I called and asked if Dr. Lo did implant removal and was told I could come in for a consultation. At this point, I was desperate to just have my life back. It was so bad that I could barely walk some days - from brain inflammation, to mitochondrial damage, hair loss, food allergies, brain fog, the list goes - Breast Implant Illness IS REAL. I went in for my consultation and was nearly in tears because I could hardly function and never knew what the day would bring only to have Dr. Lo smirk and mock what I was telling him. I said "are you mocking me?" And he stated he is a traditional doctor and treats symptoms. He said he could do the removal then back tracked and referred me to someone else (who I did not go to because any referral from a Doctor who mocks and laughs at you in a time of need is not one I would trust). His bedside manner during a time of distress and desperation was deplorable. My mother was in the room with me and she was nearly in tears afterward with the way he spoke and belittled my reality. I am floored that this is the way he treated someone who simply wanted to know the options for removal. There are tens of thousands of women whose bodies reject implants and if a doctor is too ignorant to recognize this then I would walk the other way. I would never recommend him to anyone. I ended up having them removed with a doctor in Bucks County and finally have my life back. YES the SYMPTOMS that you claim to "treat" have diminished and some completely disappeared already. If you treat "symptoms" then understand THE IMPLANTS were the issue because I feel like a human being again and everything has nearly gone away six months later. Wake up to the reality that implants are not safe and check your bedside manner.
