The food was fantastic! I really enjoyed my meal, and the location is incredibly convenient--right off State Street and easy to find. You can't miss the big, beautiful green, red, and yellow sign. The chimichanga was absolutely on point. I haven't had a chimichanga that good in a long time! It was topped with a delicious homemade cream sauce, and I couldn't get enough of it. I'm definitely coming back for Happy Hour from 5-7 PM, and I'm looking forward to checking out the live entertainment on Friday nights as well. Great food, great atmosphere, and friendly service. I highly recommend stopping by--you'll be glad you did, and chances are you'll be back again! read more

We were looking to have a early meal and this seem like a good fit! No one at the restaurant at 330 in the afternoon so there was plenty of parking and we got seat quickly. Decided to try their steak & mushroom fajitas and a steak taco. Started with the complimentary chips & salsa. Chips ok and the salsa a bit bland but I'm sure they are trying to appeal to a large audience and these days it's hard to serve anything too salty or spicy but a good way to start our meal. The steak was grilled perfectly but had to ask for pico and spicier salsa which our server got for us. This gave our fajita the pickup and flavor it needed. My suggestion is they serve it w/ the pico and offer different salsa which will enhance the flavors of the fajita. We loved the beans & rice and our street taco. Service was ok. The restaurant is simply decorated and clean. We'd like to try their other menu items as the flavors were on point! read more

Fajita Grill - Carne Asada Con Dos Huevos - Mexican Near Me - Midvale, Utah

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Utah! The owners are so sweet and kind. The food is amazing. I love the chili rellenos and my wife loves anything from there with shrimp! The inside is very fun and festive with hats up hanging on the wall. They got one down and let my son wear it! He thought it was so cool. Definitely go here and support them and enjoy some fantastic food! read more

This is place is great! Authentic and tasty food. The best part is that all their non pork options are HALAL even cooked separately! The restaurant is clean, the service is great. The kind of place where the owner walks around and asks you how your meal was! He's so kind and talented! We love the quesabirrias, California burritos, fajitas, and enchiladas! This place is now in our regular rotation! read more

This is a family owned business and they really take pride in everything they do. Alongside the fact that they are amazing people, they cook from the heart and will work hard to make you happy. We have tried many things on the menu and they do not disappoint. Fajitas are sizzling hot, the rice is homemade perfection, excellent tacos, burritos, great shawarma, too!! Check them out! read more

Great food! Their Birrias Mulitas with consome is out of this world. Also the Mole chicken enchiladas were great. Great prices also.

My brother-in-law was looking for halal spots in the area and came across this New Mexican-Arab fusion restaurant. We decided to check it out--and let me tell you, everything is halal (except the pork, of course). I ordered the menudo, and it did not disappoint. I've never had menudo served with the bone still in, packed with all that gelatinous goodness ‍. My wife got the queso birria, and my daughter had the ground beef kebab--both were amazing as well. The service was excellent. The owner even came by to check in on us, which I really appreciated. And this might sound weird, but the restrooms were very clean--definitely an A+ in my book! lol Highly recommend giving it a try. read more

Today, I was on a delayed schedule so came in at 2pm for a late lunch. Welcomed by a kind young man who offered me any table, as I was the only person in the restaurant at this time. He gave me a few minutes with the menu (which is VERY well done, complete with pictures) and offered me to get a drink and brought complimentary chips and salsa (excellent- great flavor without the tongue burning). I ordered the Enchilada Supreme (2 chicken, 2 cheese). Was very impressed with the presentation and the taste exceeded expectations. The chicken was tender and flavorful and just the right amount of sauce (I ordered green). The cheese was equally awesome. Very filling. It was enough for two meals, so I'm skipping dinner for a lite snack. BONUS: As I perused the menu found they have a whole Mediterranean section with Falafel, Shawarma and Kabob. Wow! My server explained they have two kitchens- one for each fare. I'll definitely be back to try that side. Come now before the crowds start, because if they keep this up, I imagine this place will be filling up soon! Great job team! Thanks for bringing your gifts, talents and delicious cuisine to mid Midvale. read more

Best tasting salsa I have had in the value. Staff is friendly and the menu is great for mix of Mexican and kabobs.

There was not enough staff. One server and only one person in the kitchen. Food mishaps and food was mediocre. I am being nice. Had to obtain my own utensils. Not organized. Hopefully they will get better. read more

Always get a bit nervous when I walk into a place and it feels empty, granted they have a large space and it was a Monday. Wanted to try this place since im a Latin Muslim and most of their meat is Halal. I ordered chicken enchiladas and I enjoyed them; rice, beans, and sauce had a good flavor, shredded chicken was a bit dull. My friend had the quesabirria tacos that she let me try. Those were yummy, we hit them with extra lime and that was perfect. The side of birria broth was delicious. They have a large menu so I'll definitely be back to try more items. Staff was friendly, food came out quickly, more people started to show as we ate. I was a fan of the salsa that came with the free chips, it had a lovely flavor. Their chicken and beef is halal. Server says they use different pots/grill for halal versus pork. read more

I definitely don't think it's halal as advertised but it was good! Decadent prices for average food.

Food was good and they serve you a lot. The restrooms were toasty warm and very clean.

Wow, who would think that a place that serves both Mexican and Mediterranean would be this good!?! Steak and mushroom fajitas with home made corn tortillas- amazing, and the enchiladas with mole sauce - oh so good! Service was excellent. Our waitress Sophia was so sweet, helpful, friendly and personable! I would go back just to see her! Thank you Fajita Grill for an awesome dinner! read more

Tortillas are factors of ten better than anything else. Home made. Wasnt expecting such love and care from a tortilla on my first visit. Protein was solid, reliable, flavorful. This will make it into the rotation for sure. read more

Place is super clean and the server were so good. Wanted to love this place but, we ordered the steak, chicken and shrimp fajita to share, ordered extra shrimp and an extra homemade corn tortilla as it comes w 3 tortillas, the tortillas are made in house really great could have had a bit more salt for my taste. The chicken and shrimp were nice and tender a lot of the steak and veggies were overdone to the point of burned. Spice they used wasn't something I would want to come back for it was just ok nothing w so much flavor that I'd want to give them another try. Beans and rice were good but also same old same old. read more

Friendly service, reasonable prices and filling portions. The chips were fresh and our meals were tasty. We'd eat here again.

Love this place the menu is awesome...we have eaten here multiple times and keep trying more items on the menu.

After my two usual spots either went out of business or declined in quality, I was left without a go to Mexican place near my house. I had seen this place for the last few months while driving home from work, and on a whim I decided to try it, and man I'm glad I did. Killer food with great portions for a solid price. I ordered the Cali burrito, and two street tacos (al pastor and carne asada) and all were excellent: tender flavorful meat with top notch tomatillo salsa that left me full and satisfied. I can't wait to explore the rest of their menu over the coming months to find my favorites. read more

Service was great. Server was helpful and explained things well. One of us had a burrito and one had falafel. Burrito was reportedly spicy (chipotle) and tasty. Falafel was yummy too. Chips and salsa served while we waited were delicious too. Sadly they didn't have the dessert we wanted but we will be back. Dining room is clean and comfy. read more
