We just had a consultation with James. He did not seem particularly interested in helping with our case. Maybe it's just something much smaller than what he's used to dealing with and not a big money maker Or maybe it's because he'll not be readily available between next week and early-mid June. After he told us that the cost would be $3750 to assist with an oop, we agreed and he went to get paper work, only to walk back in right away and say since he'd be having a baby soon, he'd not be available to help us until early-mid June. Which I will say is totally understandable, and having a baby and spending time as a family is much more important than work. I just think this should had been mentioned when I was booking a consultation for $180 (that turned into $350 because we spoke almost an hour tho it was about 10 min short of an hour and he was almost 5 min late to the appt, and the $180 was for 30 min, but he never mentioned while we were speaking that our time is nearly up or anything.) I don't think he should have allowed us to waste our time and money going down there and that they should have atleast told us before we took off work and went in to meet with him about his lack of availability in the near future. Becker & Zarling helped me with something years ago and since they did not have availability, I took their referral for Faith Law, however I'm very disappointed in the referral. $350 wasted and looks like I'll need to spend another couple hundred to consult another attorney with availability. I made an appointment for a small business consult a week ahead of time. 2 hours before my appointment I was sent a text and told there was a conflict and not to come. I called and asked what the conflict could be and was told that ethically they could not tell me. Ethically they should have given me considerably more notice as well. They left me in a lurch. this firm scammed $2000, out of me...and then called me directly & accused me of being demented when I asked to receive a breakdown on the legal services they claimed to have performed. Then a month or two after they informed me they could not represent me, another attorney contacted me to tell me that they were reviewing my file (without my request) and then sent me a bill for additional $900.00 for said review. This law firm (and I use the term loosely) are a sham. Several weeks after this contact, they sent me another manila folder, which I refused to accept. This law firm is awful!! I do not recommend them at all. Had a consultation spend 250 for 10 min convo sent them my paperwork about the lawsuit I wanted . He informed me we had no argument but didn't really explain why. I've tried doing following up with emails and no response ! Waste of money read more

This firm is a joke. Twice in the last year I have TRIED to contact an attorney for an appointment (current client) and between leaving messages with the receptionist AND voicemails on their personal line NO response. Not exactly sure what a person has to do to get an appointment to see an attorney with this firm but apparently I don't have what it takes. read more

At the consult, the main attorney came in with a new perso. Introdu ed us and said he'd be taking notes. The one we were speaking with, wouldnt sue for our case after telling him thats wharmt we needed. Stating it would cost too much and dismissing. Then we never heard from them, although we found out that the case had been dumped on the new guy. Did not inform us about that or like i said, they completly didnt call at all. Not one time. Even after I dropped off all of the files. When we called to cxl telling the receptionist that, she put the new guy on with him telling us he could get us in next week at xyz. We said NOOO! We told receptionist we wanted to cancel! So ridiculous! If they cant listen to what a customer is saying, how would they listen to your situation?! We waited a year for them to call which they never did. We got our money back and files. The worst! So unproffessional! Just a total waste. Oh and they didnt act like they were really going to be aggressive for us or say anything like dont worry. We will handle this or youre in good hands. Nothing. Told ys the other party will have their side to tl also. That was pretty unsettling. I kniw they have a side, but you dont need to tell me. Why not say, " look. We're going to do everything in our power, but nooo! I had a bad feeling from the start, so its a good thing nothing did happen or syarted proceedings. Horriblw waste of time! read more

I used Mike Faith Junior like two years ago during the residential home sale between myself and my ex girlfriend. It ended up costing me around over three times what he originally quoted me, and Mike Jr did a below average job against our attorney competition. In addition half way through had to represent myself due to running out of money and it was against tenured Scottsdale attorney Greg Davis. We agreed on on a flat fee price for a small scope of work. Half way through they requested more money. I pushed back and they agreed to honor our agreement. Once the work was complete, they sent me a bill for additional fees that we did not agree to. Their attention to detail was lacking. Contract drafted by the firm had errors that both parties agreed to redline. Process steps were not completed in a matter that managed the risk as we agreed to. read more

Awesome staff for such a terrible experience to have to go thru. We used this firm for the last 2 years to represent us as defendants to a lawsuit filed by our next door neighbors. This was an un-heard of type case and had several twist and turns through the 2 years. In the end the fee's for there services were reasonable. After the dispute was resolved we did not have to make any changes to our property and we consider that a win. Barry Aylstock was like watching Matlock in the court room. The firm took on my accident case and I supplied them with all the appropriate medical reports, bills, etc. This case was a clear and concise accident with the other driver admitting fault from the beginning. My concern from the outset of the process was getting the proper advice from the assigned attorney in order to have a full picture of what could possibly be a misstep on my part either with treatment or with documentation. Unfortunately, the philosophy of this firm is to let you flounder in confusion for months and months (3 years to be exact) and not give you any real direction until its too late. After the fact, they'll come and say that you should have done it differently. They made recommendations on who to use for treatment and then suddenly changed their minds and sent me elsewhere, wasting time and as it turns out money. The final settlement after three years of painful and time-consuming treatment was inexcusable and did not cover almost half of our medical claims. In addition, they proceeded to charge almost 40% in fees. I could've simply settled with the insurance company two years earlier, not carried this debt and interest and been able to pay off my bills and get further treatment. My advice is to think very carefully about who you use to represent you. If you have a bad feeling about it, find another firm. This was a complete waste of time on my part and I've learned a valuable and expensive lesson. read more
