I noticed some reviews complaining about how long their bike was in the shop. But these are bikes, and even being near a major city like Houston doesn't guarantee parts availability in the time frame we want. But every time I called to bother them about my bike Jonathan took my call and took the time to update me on where they were in the process. More importantly, when I did get my bike back it ran perfectly, and I could ride confidently again. I'll definitely get my next bike here too.

We stopped in just to look during Black Friday after seeing some great recommendations on FB. The staff Doc and Becky were really nice and went over all types of options with us over different items. They also have a sweet deal on handlebars 650-750 I believe and this includes install you can't beat that. They even let us see the bars on different bikes to choose the right height. We ended up getting handlebars and a new brake/turn light set up. Will update when the install happens to provide how that service went. I really enjoyed the customer service they weren't trying to upcharge us with anything and are open with pricing. Even following up with phone calls and emails as well with other questions. You should really stop by and see what these guys have to offer for your motorcycle needs.

That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.
