She is happy to reply to questions and accommodate however she can. Since it's a newly renovated townhouse everything is new, which is nice. Pots and pans aren't scratched up. The townhouse itself is modern and nice, but not great for very small children. The owner welcomes kids and even has a high chair and plastic dish ware but the stairs are steep and uncarpeted(this wasn't false advertising, just wanted to let people know), dangerous for little legs. It would be great with older kids for sure! My review reflects the overall experience of staying at the place. The surrounding area is a little trashy. The Regal Oaks isn't really regal. The neighbors spend their afternoons fixing cars and smoking cigarettes on their stoops. They are perfectly nice but i hate cigarettes. When you walk around you notice everyone has reinforced door locks(I felt safe until i noticed that even though i have no reason to think these extra locks were needed ). And there is trash strewn around from the raccoons at night, one of which made it to the pool so the water slide was closed down to be cleaned and shocked. The pool water is a little murky looking and both my son and I developed a slight rash while we were there that disappeared after a week so it wasn't serious. We aren't sure if it was the pool or a sensitivity to detergent. The great perk is that it's really close to Disney and you can walk to "Old Town", which is also trashy but fun. There is a decent pizza place there too! If you aren't on air bnb and want to stay here, you can go directly through Regal Oaks and find different rentals there through them and don't have to worry about the air bnb process. It's perfect for older families(my father in law loved it) or young adults who want to be near Disney, a resort and in walking distance to some bars.

Each room had it's own theme, my favorite was the flamingo bedroom. I felt as if I was staying at a family home, not a regular rental. It was so cozy and everything was very clean. The gaming room and pool were the two places where I spent the most time and the downstairs shower was so relaxing (I think I was in there for over 30 mins. LOL) I also loved all the Disney decor and wall art, which was very nostalgic. I did visit Universal Studios during my stay, which was only about 20mins away. I felt so at-home here and I honestly did not want to leave. I will definitely book here next summer when I visit Florida again!!

It was also an amazing room for a sunset sighting. Amazing!! We thoroughly enjoyed the Water Area. They have something for all ages. Wonderful they have a Lazy River with lifeguards ensuring everyone is safe and no one jumping in. Our Relache Spa experience was one of the most relaxing experiences. We booked a couples massage ~ but our experience began with the warm greeting from Marah. Our therapists Louise and Laura knew all the stressed points to massage out. Louise is quite intuitive and massaged out so many knots on my neck shoulders and scapula. Our session ended in the Tea room - relaxing. Next time will try the Eucalyptus Steam room. In the evening ~ we watched the light show from the Market Square. Many families enjoyed this show as they were eating their Cold Stone ice cream. We love walking through the Everglades and Forest areas. We used their Fitness Room which was clean and the machines were all functioning. After ~ we had brunch at Villa De Flor on a morning greeted by super heroes ~ Batman, Wonder Woman and Superman. The kids thoroughly enjoyed this. The food is delicious. They introduced a drink menu just this week. We both enjoyed The Vespa ~ a matcha iced drink with an ube topping. Bryan ~ came by to take our feedback. Great tasting matcha and not too sweet! Why the 4 stars ~ I would highly suggest placing couples on a different floor from families. The families can be quite loud for those preferring a quieter ambiance. And we had a few jokesters on our floor playing Knock and ditch. Finally I think a map of the seating areas around the water park placed strategically right after the entrance gate would benefit so many families. They were coming in and realizing no seating in one part only to realize there was another part of the water park. FYI There is a daily resort fee and charge for self-parking. But keep a hold of your room key as you can use to enter and exit the self-parking lot with it. Overall would return during the winter ~ with the family during to take them for the ICE event and holiday spectacular.

I chose to self-park while there and the garage is a little bit of a walk from the entry. Upon entering it's beautiful to see the waterfall straight ahead, with beautiful marble and fixtures throughout. Checking in was easy and great. I was fortunate to get there before the large crowds, as when I walked in, there were plenty of staff available to check me in and there were no guests. About an hour later I walked through there and there were about 100 people in line waiting to check-in. The lady who checked me in was perfect! Friendly, professional, recognized my status, and gave me good info about the property, while promptly checking me in. Once I got to my room I was immediately satisfied with the décor and cleanliness. It's common that the Marriott properties I stay in have moldy caulking in the shower area, nasty, stained carpeting, and furniture that's stained, broken, dirty, and unappealing - But not here! This room was very nicely set up and maintained too. The bed was comfy and they also offered Pluto as one of their internet TV/streaming services - This has been very important to me over the past couple of years, I'm so used to it that I hate properties that don't offer it. The property itself was great. Service by all the staff was great. The entire place was well-maintained and you never have to leave or go outside; in fact, we didn't leave for the first day and a half! It's probably the best Gaylord I've stayed in so far, definitely better than National Harbor! It's also a mile from Disney World!!

So yeah, it's not a brand spanking new hotel, but it's also not looking run down either, which I guess means they're doing a nice job maintaining the place. We stayed in a presidential suite which we booked directly with a time share owner online. The suite itself was very pleasant as expected, the finishing touches and furnishings were of good quality and the beds were comfortable. There was some light wear and tear here and there, but overall it was a very nice suite to stay in. Very functional and comfortable. We didn't use very many of the property amenities this time around because we spent so much time in the amusement parks, but there are a bunch of options including mini golf, pools, BBQ area, restaurants and more. As I mentioned in previous reviews, this property is located amazingly close to all of the Disney parks, which is great. The only downside I can think of was the fact that our suite was facing the parking lot and a power facility of some kind, right next to the building. This thing was making nonstop noise 24/7, making it impossible to enjoy the balcony. That really sucked. Luckily it wasn't audible in the room, but we did want to eat and have coffee on the balcony throughout our stay, and the noise made it very unpleasant. Overall I would give Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek 3.5 stars. While I would never purchase a time share, I could definitely see myself staying here again if we were thinking about visiting Orlando.

This property appears to be broken into 2 resorts. One may have been a time share property and the other was a "hotel" operated by Choice Hotel properties. When you go to check in there are 2 different desks that handle your needs. Great points: Full kitchen, large bedroom, living room, and a patio. In room jacuzzi tub. Stacked washer and dryer with free laundry soap. Starter toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc and they will give you additional sundries at the check in desk upon request. Screened in patio balcony. Outdoors Heated pool & whirpool & playground. Free WiFi. If you have a Choice rewards membership, you earn points. Cons: Unlike other hotels, daily housekeeping is not provided. You can order service, but it is for a fee. Also, I had a few bumps but they were resolved fairly quickly. My first room did not have a doorknob or lock on my side of the adjoining room door. I was switched to another room that was safer. Next my jacuzzi tub did not work. The night time gal at the desk only could suggest that I have to push the button to turn it on. Jeez, like I did not try it. The next day, maintenance came and showed me where the breaker box was and which one to flip. Warning, do not expect a very strong wi-fi connection. Desk gal said they were experiencing some issues recently with service and they were working to resolve it. The last issue was at 7 am on a weekend, every smoke and fire alarm in my suite went off. The whole floor had the same rude awakening with flashing lights and blaring noise. There was not a fire, but someone may have burnt their breakfast, causing the smoke to go thru the vents of all the other rooms. For the price we paid, the large rooms, and convenience of location, this place is an overall win. No place is going to be perfect and this place has a lot going for it.

We were required to pay for our pass, and my husband ended up standing at the front desk for about 20 minutes because the staff member kept assisting other guests instead of completing his transaction. That was frustrating and could have been handled much more efficiently. More concerning is the lack of enforcement of safety guidelines. While some lifeguards at the slides are attentive and doing a great job, others appear distracted--on their phones or wearing headphones--and not ensuring the area is clear before the next person goes down. We've also seen ongoing issues, including children throwing rocks into the waters from the landscaping, spilling drinks in the pools, roughhousing, and tossing balls. On one occasion, a guest even had a dog in a float in the lazy river. Staff stated it was an emotional support animal, but regardless, this raises concerns about cleanliness and overall pool safety. We understand that many guests are on vacation and enjoying themselves, but for residents who pay a significant amount to access these amenities, there should be a higher level of consistency and professionalism from staff. With better supervision and enforcement of rules, this could be an even more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Why stay in a cramped small hotel room with a single microwave and a community pool when you can rent a home. Evey house we have stayed in we have our own private pool, washed and dryer (Which cuts down on packing when staying for 2 weeks), every necessity you need to cook, and with great customer service. Lance and his family work hard to make every stay as great as it can go. Yes we have had to have things go wrong, but its always fixed. Reviewing B.M's review I can tell you its nitpicking. 15 min away from Disney yes and maybe, but you are in great neighborhoods. Every problem I have ever had has been addressed quickly and fixed promptly. Yes adding a crib, bbq, pool heat is extra, but these are extra services that is not always needed to make your stay. As said before I am a long time visitor to Florida, and loyal customer to FDH and Lances business.
