When my boyfriend who by the way lives out of state ordered this floral arrangement, it was supposed to come with a teddy bear so I called today 2-14- 2026 and let the business owner or whoever it was that I spoke to know that I didn't receive it. They acknowledged that I didn't receive it and said that they could deliver it on Monday however, as I mentioned it was delivered at my place of work, we are closed for business on Monday due to it being Presidents' Day. I suggested you could deliver it on Monday, to my home could I just live in Chowchilla you're located in Madera, California, which is like 20 minutes from Chowchilla, let's just say you didn't and prefer preferred to give him a refund for the missing Bear, due to your negligence and mistake by not delivering it withe the bouquet. Because that seemed to be the easiest route. It's just a refund. I also mentioned that was a part of the whole valentines Day experience getting a bouquet of roses and lilies with a teddy bear. I just feel that due to your negligence and mistake. The first thing you should've suggested is where are you located and we can deliver it to you, I could understand if I was located two hours three hours away. However, that was unacceptable and you didn't apologize for your mistake. This is very bad business.. you need to do better. In the past, I have unfortunately experienced some epic fails on what I have ordered from other businesses. 'The Rose Of Sharon' did exactly what I requested! WOW! You would think that would be the case WHEREVER you take your business, but it's simply not reality. The owner text me photos of the finished product and communicated with me during the whole process. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(
