Hello, Let me start by saying the floor arrangement was…read moreabsolutely beautiful however it was sent to me at my place of work and it was supposed to come with a teddy bear. When my boyfriend who by the way lives out of state ordered this floral arrangement, it was supposed to come with a teddy bear so I called today 2-14- 2026 and let the business owner or whoever it was that I spoke to know that I didn't receive it. They acknowledged that I didn't receive it and said that they could deliver it on Monday however, as I mentioned it was delivered at my place of work, we are closed for business on Monday due to it being Presidents' Day. I suggested you could deliver it on Monday, to my home could I just live in Chowchilla you're located in Madera, California, which is like 20 minutes from Chowchilla, let's just say you didn't and prefer preferred to give him a refund for the missing Bear, due to your negligence and mistake by not delivering it withe the bouquet. Because that seemed to be the easiest route. It's just a refund. I also mentioned that was a part of the whole valentines Day experience getting a bouquet of roses and lilies with a teddy bear. I just feel that due to your negligence and mistake. The first thing you should've suggested is where are you located and we can deliver it to you, I could understand if I was located two hours three hours away. However, that was unacceptable and you didn't apologize for your mistake. This is very bad business.. you need to do better. Kind regards Aleta Allen I like first thank you for reading and replying and reaching out to me in regards to the mishap on my Valentine's Day order. And I am very grateful and appreciative that you made it right as I mentioned in the above comments that the arrangement was magnificent. It's really beautiful and the bear just adds to the whole experience. Reasonable prices Worth the money I truly understand that that day is one of the busiest days and it can get chaotic. I appreciate, want to thank you tremendously for being professional and to make sure your customers are happy and satisfied with their orders. Have a great day! I do recommend this place of business we all

In the past, I have unfortunately experienced some epic fails on what I have ordered from other businesses. 'The Rose Of Sharon' did exactly what I requested! WOW! The owner text me photos of the finished product and communicated with me during the whole process. It was delivered early as promised, and I was more than happy with the result! 10/10 and highly recommend!

My family in Fresno recently lost a loved one, and being in the Bay Area, I was looking for a…read moreflorist who could make a same-day delivery. The gentleman who answered the phone said they could help and asked me to place the order online. I found a beautiful arrangement, placed the order, and called back to make sure everything went through. He told me the delivery driver had already left, but he went above and beyond and personally delivered the flowers himself. I've ordered flowers for family and friends throughout California, and typically, the arrangements don't always look as good as the pictures online. With Alejandra's Flowers, that wasn't the case at all. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the picture. I'm incredibly thankful they were able to get such a beautiful arrangement to my family during such a difficult time. If I ever need flowers in the Fresno area again, Alejandra's Flowers will be my go-to florist. Thank you for going the extra mile!

needed flowers last minute for a birthday and Alejandra's came through without breaking a sweat…read more called the same day and they not only had what I needed but actually took the time to ask what the person likes, what vibe I was going for, what my budget was. didn't just hand me the first thing available. the arrangement they put together was genuinely beautiful and felt personal, not like a generic grocery store bouquet. the portfolio on their page shows what they're capable of and the heart rose arrangement alone is stunning. they clearly have range whether you need something romantic, something for a funeral, something celebratory, they can do it all and do it well. open until 8pm which is so helpful when life gets chaotic and you realize at 6pm that you forgot to plan something. that flexibility has saved me more than once. prices are fair and the quality reflects what you pay. for a locally owned florist in Fresno that actually cares about the work they put out, Alejandra's is the one to call. way better than ordering from one of those generic delivery sites and actually supporting a local business while you're at it.

A bit disappointed with the FTD order that was sent through this shop for my niece's 35th birthday…read moreyesterday. The order was delivered to her work and I was hoping for an impressive presentation. Unfortunately, it did not meet my high expectations for what I paid for ($100). On a positive note, I was relieved the order was delivered by 2 pm since her shift ends at 3 pm. However, I was not thrilled with the pics my niece texted me of the arrangement that was delivered to her. When selecting an arrangement on the FTD web site, the first thing that caught my attention about this specific arrangement (Star of the Day Floral Cake) was the adorable "Happy Birthday" star topper. This topper was missing. Surprised the florist failed to substitute a floral pick, or something comparable at least. Also, this arrangement was supposed to have 4 straight white candles. It only came with 2, and they were colored and wavy, which made it nearly impossible to see against the colored floral background. Finally, I paid extra for a mylar balloon. The arrangement was delivered with a balloon that I personally feel did not compliment the colors of the flowers, and was not fully inflated. When my niece brought the flowers home that afternoon, the balloon was already half deflated! I'm sure it will be completely deflated and on the floor by the end of the day :(

That is why I wanted to find a good florist that I can rely on. First their customer service is amazing, it didn't allow me to make a purchase online for some reason so I reached out to them. They were extremely quick at getting back to me and super helpful answering my questions. The process of purchasing wasn't a headache where I had to fill out card info, it was so fast and simple I just had to do Apple Pay (many other florists that I've used don't have this feature online). The flowers were extremely fresh compared to the other floral arrangements my sister got for this event, I think they will last a long time. I asked for a picture from the store and they didn't disappoint. The price is a little expensive for the amount of flowers compared to other places but the quality of the flowers made up for that. Im excited to use their service again in the future. I chose the "floral wishes" in premium.
