I arrived early 10:30am for a fill in on a set of nails that were 3 weeks old & holding on for dear life. I had French Ombre done at another salon that was chunky, uneven and there was a solid contrasting line between the white & pink. I feel like he could tell the job was super poor so instead of just a fill in; he completely filed them off and rebuilt my nails from scratch. Precision was everything. I felt like my nails were going through a surgery. Every nail was cared for with such great attention to detail; it doesn't matter what direction I turn my hand these nails are straight & shaped beautifully! I got French ombre again with fire flames design. Check out the pictures; they're perfect! He really cared about every nail matching. Even the flames all sway together in unison. I accepted a neck massage, 10 min for $10, because once he started there was no way I could say no! He paid attention to a knot in my back that felt incredible. Getting my nails done & getting a massage was the peak of the experience. I thought, why don't other salons EVER offer massages? Such a smart add on. Two other women accepted massages simply because it was offered! I loved it. I felt so pampered. The salon was clean, they use vacuums to brush away the file debris. I didn't get a pedicure but it's on the list for next time. I'd be interested in a foot massage. I'm super impressed by the service & with that they've gained another regular. Thanks guys!

The owner did not greet me or acknowledge me, but I noticed a completely different attitude when other customers entered. Unfortunately, the service I received from the employee who performed my pedicure was even more concerning. The employee was extremely rough throughout the entire service. She handled my feet aggressively, including repeatedly moving my feet roughly in and out of the basin. The service was painful and uncomfortable. The way she treated me made me feel like I was not being respected as a customer. During the appointment, I noticed employees looking at me and speaking amongst themselves while looking in my direction, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. The entire experience felt unprofessional and lacked basic kindness and customer care. What was most upsetting was that the owner was aware of what was happening but did not step in. She was informed about the situation, yet she continued working as if nothing happened. There was no immediate apology, no attempt to check on me, and no concern shown for the fact that I was being treated roughly. After leaving the salon, I realized how much pain I was in. I walked into the salon normally and walked out struggling to walk. I am now dealing with pain that has affected my ability to do everyday things, including working, exercising, and standing for long periods. I am also concerned about the cuts/open areas on my feet and the possibility of complications. I called the salon afterward because I wanted an explanation for how this situation was handled. The owner told me the workers apologized, but my concern was that she personally witnessed what happened and did not step in or acknowledge it at the time. It took me calling and expressing how hurt and disappointed I was before receiving an apology. When I returned to receive my refund, I felt dismissed. While I was explaining how much pain I was in and how this experience affected me, the owner's reaction came across as if the situation was not serious. I was also told that the pumice stone used during the service could cause damage, especially for new customers. However, I have been receiving pedicures for years and have never experienced anything like this. A customer should not leave a salon in pain because a service was performed too aggressively. A salon service should be relaxing and safe. Customers should never feel mistreated, uncomfortable, or leave injured after paying for a service. This was one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I have ever had. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking an appointment.

Booking an appointment was so easy and I love the visibility of the business and how right off the bat you're able to see photos of the work they do on Instagram or on their website. Not to mention the website was super easy to navigate. As for my actual appointment, it was really nice! I love how the studio was small (but definitely not cramped) and the experience felt very intimate. Kris did my nails and she was so sweet too! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she managed to do my nails EXACTLY like the picture. She also gave me plenty of information about the process she was doing and all of her equipment was very clean and orderly. All in all I can defiantly see myself returning for my nails on my next event!

My nails were wrecked from taking off acrylic nails & the technician completely restored my nails and gave me a wonderful shellac manicure. This salon is not like a typical nail salon where they do a rush job just to get the next customer in the chair. She took her time and was also knowledgeable of the products when I asked her. How is LI Pro nails still in business?…read more The salon is dirty, dusty, and disorganized. I did the powder gel with Nancy, she cut my cuticle until it was bleeding ( I had to ask her to clean the instrument because my blood was still on it) too thick on the gel and crooked nails. They overcharged me $4.00 because I used my credit card and not cash! I know this place has been around for years and some people just love LI pro nails but if you were smart you should stay away I now have an infection in my cuticle I'm on anabiotic's so please be safe and make sure the instruments are clean if you continue going there
