I discovered a bald spot larger than a quarter, likely a result of an unguarded clipper used despite my request to use #3 or #4 clipper guards. The barber concealed this error when they showed me their work and I unfortunately discovered it at home. Picture below for reference. It's disappointing that a major error like this wasn't disclosed to the customer. This makes me question the integrity of the staff and the quality of service this establishment provides.

The place is maintained well and always has some good music playing. The only downside from what I have experience is the online scheduling. You are allowed to schedule an appointment with the barbers online. I scheduled twice online and the barbers I set an appointment with was not aware of the appointment and were not onsite as well. Luckily the barbers who were on site were able to help me. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.

My stylist paid attention to every detail and somehow tamed what looked like a "before" picture in a shampoo commercial. I am a guy with long hair. I have been coming here for neck trims for about a year. It's always…read morebeen ok service, but since there's not much to do, it's a convenient location, and they don't charge me for a full hair cut, I kept coming back. Today, the lady started my neck trim by completely shaving off side burn. When I complained, she "evened it out" by cutting off the other. And she took an inch off above my ear. When I got home, my wife said the back of my neck has no shape and isn't even. Final straw, I'm not going back and will not take my family there again. I paid to mess up my hair right before 3 work events this week.
