I usually have a good experience getting my haircut at Details, but unfortunately during my visit…read moreon 3/8/26, I was disappointed after discovering a major quality issue after I got home. I discovered a bald spot larger than a quarter, likely a result of an unguarded clipper used despite my request to use #3 or #4 clipper guards. The barber concealed this error when they showed me their work and I unfortunately discovered it at home. Picture below for reference. It's disappointing that a major error like this wasn't disclosed to the customer. This makes me question the integrity of the staff and the quality of service this establishment provides.

The place is maintained well and always has some good music playing. The only downside from what I have experience is the online scheduling. Luckily the barbers who were on site were able to help me. Other than that I would highly recommend this place.

I've been helped by so many great people. I had a Vietnamese lady who was extremely friendly to me Every time I came. She didn't work very often, but it was always a pleasure to see her! I also want to point out that I barely wait that long anytime I'm here. For such a prime location I'm surprised that it's not more busy! Finally, I have to recognize Ashley the manager there. We got into a great conversation and she went above and beyond to help me and my community! I'm so thankful to have met her today. This is definitely a business I will recommend to everyone and I'm definitely coming back myself.

I am not trying to be mean but you should at least be an able to understand some English as a big part of haircuts is listening to what the customer wants. Everything I said I could tell was not understood so I tried to show her a picture of the haircut I wanted and she would look at my phone for 0.02 seconds and look away. Just the intelligence of a rock. And the haircut was on par with that intelligence. Asked for an easy fade and it was not that at all. My haircut look like a child did it. Many patches of hair way longer than the rest and terrible high military buzz. My friend who is a real cosmetologist saw my haircut and instantly started laughing. She had to try and fix it herself. I have been here before and had some good haircuts and some just terrrrrrrrrible ones. Just a crapshoot on what stylist you get. The haircuts are $40. You might as well go to Great Clips. Will be less expensive and actually better. Check these reviews...the proof is in the pudding. This place is garrrrrbage.

Today, the lady started my neck trim by completely shaving off side burn. When I complained, she "evened it out" by cutting off the other. And she took an inch off above my ear. When I got home, my wife said the back of my neck has no shape and isn't even. Final straw, I'm not going back and will not take my family there again.
