The styles and sizes don't fit was they used to (changes in us not them I'm sure), but this is a nice outlet store anyway. They have one at Woodbury Commons as well, and they both seem to be hybrid stores. Some stuff is clearance/outlet, other stuff is more "regular store". Since some of the other stores at Woodbury do this too (Ugg comes to mind), this is something that stores seem to do now. I like this store, especially when shopping with others, who always seem to love it. After the Holidays they have some nice clearance on gloves and other outdoor things.

Thankfully, this chain has kept the outlet store in Niagara Falls and I am SO GRATEFUL since this is one of my all time favorite places to shop. The outlet store is really half outlet (clearance prices) and half regular store. They have a great selection of clothes, outwear, and even luggage and bags. Sometimes the clearance prices are better than other times, but if you're a rewards member, you get a coupons a few times a year that makes shopping here a much sweeter deal. Being plus size, I love that they carry XXL and sometimes have a few random women's size pieces here. They also randomly have tall sizes that I sometimes opt for since I find that the sleeves and torsos of their shirts are sometimes way too short (especially after being washed). My latest pet peeve though is that they used to carry 18s and 20s in ladies pants in the store and they don't anymore!! When I asked about this the employees told me those sizes are available "by catalog or online only" now. WTF?! So many stores are starting to do this and it's really irking me. So now I have to pay not only $5-10 more for a plus size item to begin with, but I also now have to pay $10 shipping and the clothes might not even fit?! VERY annoying. Though, I'm still loyal to my Eddie. I just don't like the new policy on "extended sizes". They also have a lifetime guarantee on all of their items, which is GREAT.

Bureau not only sells fancy threads worthy of distinguished gentlemen such as myself, but they also sell exclusively fully customized suits. Head to the shop on Elmwood Ave. for a visit and I promise you'll be impressed. There is a small lounge area where you sit and discuss the design of your new suit that has the look and feel of being in a London flat, as if you just wandered into a snuggery in Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange. Also, said lounge area may or may not have a false wall that leads to a secret room where there may or may not eventually be a speakeasy where men can sit down, whip up old fashioned cocktails and discuss the ways of the world, hypothetically speaking. A pure testosterone kick. I stopped in and met with Joe and Mike on my first visit. I didn't realize how much time I would need, so I came back a second time to place my order. There are a lot of choices to choose from, from the fabric, to the buttons, to the pockets, to the decision of putting something cool and hip for your interior liner, such as floating skulls and your initials, or something more classic. I didn't realize how many subtle nuances could be added to a fully customized suit that not only make you look like a secret agent killer, but also these nuances can showcase that fact you're wearing a custom suit that you just can't get from Men's Wearhouse or Jos A. Bank. Suits they craft here are made utilizing the finest woven wools and other top materials of your choosing (e.g. tweed, cashmere). Expect a 4-6 week turn-around-time, as your personalized suits will be manufactured in Holland. With this level of service and quality, however, comes a price: two-piece suits start around $700-$800 and three-piece suits start around $1300. If suits aren't your fancy, Bureau also sells fully customized jeans, dress jackets and even leather goods, such as shoes and handbags, but the suits are Bureau's staple. My thoughts? Go to Bureau now and "suit up" like Barney Stinson. It will be "Legen...wait-for-it...DARY!"

This day should have been a joyous time for me and family, however it turned out to be so dramatic for NO REASON! I wish I never walked into Uomo Da Milano. My entire day was ruined before the son's graduation, unfortunately we did not have a family dinner prior to the MOST IMPORTANT DAY of my son's life! This is the series of events: I walked into the store on Friday May 17th, I asked the cashier to assist my son with hemming his pants and the waist of the pants. The crazy lady at the desk charged my son $100.00 for an alteration, plus tax. I went around the corner in the mall to another alternation store with a professional tailor on site - the price was $18.00 for the same job. I went back to retrieve the pants, however, they never gave me back my refund. It has been a total nightmare dealing with this store. The owner called me to give me the full refund within a few hours. I returned back to the store hoping to get my refund to no avail. The crazy lady insisted that she already credited the card. I told her the owner called me and he asked to swipe my card for the refund. She was adamant that the refund was given and she gave me a receipt. Guess what? It is Thursday, nearly one week later - NO REFUND! I called her back she said, Go ahead and make a dispute with your bank! LORD, have Mercy! You cannot make this stuff up.
