Great customer service and service tech. 100% satisfied with Fairway Lawns. My Tech Michael Reagan is great. He has been working with me for over a year now and is responsible for my new lawn. I installed new lawn in April 24' as cable co. totally destroyed my lawn. During my recent treatment, Michael was on his hands and knees looking for a problem I had called about. He found the little ba---rds and treated my lawn accordingly. From the Office Supervisor (Chris), who was also on hands and knees assessing a past problem (he gave me info to kill torpedo grass that actually worked), to my Tech Michael, they deserve 10 stars!! Kudos to Fairway Lawns in having the sense to employ both, as they are great assets to the company and to their customers. read more

Fairway Lawns has left my yard without grass and full of weeds. I paid extra for fungus and insect control and I have large patches of dead spots. Calling them does no good and their service people are . Each time I am told to rake and use cow to bring it back. Doesn't work and that's all they will say.. Do not use this company. They may be good outside of the Jacksonville area, but this local company is awful. read more

I reached out months ago to complain about my mothers lawn and how not only has the brand new sod she put down been mostly killed, but half the lawn is now overgrown with crabgrass and nutsedge. I was told a supervisor would personally go out and inspect and get back to me and its now been over a week with no contact. My mother forwarded me the "treatment report" which made NO mention of the weeds everywhere, nor any mention of efforts being made to kill, remove or otherwise prevent them. Despite being in constant contact via phone and text with a "manager" who has repeatedly promised he is going to personally address and correct the problem, I have seen absolutely ZERO change in my mothers yard, nor any plan to correct, nor any update on how they plan to make any of this right including the $140 a month they are charging my mother for their "platinum service". While I dont expect things to change overnight, 4 weeks of waiting for even the most basic of promises to be kept with ZERO results is unacceptable in any way shape or form. I have reached out via phone, email, their website, facebook, google, and every other contact method they list available and am told every single time that the situation will be escalated to the appropriate manager and handled, and that I should expect a call back asap, after a week goes by I reach out again and am told the same thing. Im shocked you duped her into paying 140 a month for your services spraying a lawn as small as she is, guess you really needed to take advantage of a 76 year old lady who cant even walk. Thus i can understand why you have made no effort to correct, address, or reach back out to discuss my complaint, thus its now getting posted publicly everywhere. the photos provided were what was a freshly resodded lawn before you took over, its now 95% dead and full of MASSIVE areas of crabgrass and nutsedge. absolutely nothing you are doing is worth 140 a month to a senior citizen who cant even go out to look at this herself due to mobility issues but simply trusts that the company she is paying this much would never let a lawn turn into something like this. read more

God help your brake pads if one of this company's trucks is in your area. I almost hit him from behind, pulling right out in front of me. Called the company to let them know and the woman who answered was just as pleasant. I'm sure you get what you pay for though. read more

this company can't keep appointments.. we had two appts both time were no shows. I call to ask if the TECH was coming and we told that I was on the sch.. NO SHOW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL read more

Do not use this company. In five months, there has been no improvement at all in reducing weeds. They came on 4/1 to start service. That was the only one that went well. I expected them to come back on 5/1, but they didn't, so I called them a week later on 5/8. On 5/11, they came for the 2nd service. I expected them to come back on 6/11, but they didn't. A week later on 6/18, they had charged me even thought they had not come out, so I called them. They came on 6/23 for the 3rd service. On 6/25, got a text from the tech, Alex, telling me he was no longer with Fairway. He was encouraging me to transfer with him to Turf Wisdom so he could continue to service my lawn (which did not happen). I expected Fairway to come back on 7/23, but they didn't, so a week later I called them on 7/30. They did however still charge me on 7/16. On 7/31, got text saying they would come the next day, but they did not. There was NO SERVICE in July even though they had charged me on July 16th. They came on 8/3 for the 4th service. Later that day, I got a text from tech, Brandon, with a link to give him a 5-star review because he would receive $25. On 8/18, I got an email saying they were going to be charging me my monthly fee, so I had to call AGAIN. I left a message that I better not get charged since I had paid for July, but they did not come out. I was not charged. I expected them to come back on 9/3, but they didn't and still haven't. I guess I need to call tomorrow to cancel service. Save yourself the hassle. read more

They say they're coming out and they don't. Then whatever they're doing when they come out is doing nothing. My lawn has never looked worse. Avoid at all costs. read more

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They lack customer service, never show up when scheduled and always have an excuse. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Billing for services they didn't perform. I watch ed the truck in front of my house for an hour and the driver never got out. I called and complained and was told they would look into it. They had the nerve to bill me anyway for the "treatment" .Do NOT do business with this company read more

Fairway lawns has been doing our lawn for a few years now. They have charged full price for service even when they were only doing half the lawn. I have met with the Manager and he asked for a second chance to get our lawn right. Other than where we put in new sod, the rest of my lawn has as much weeds as grass. We are now getting to the point where they are going to say it is too hot to treat for weeds. Do NOT use this group read more

An update - the problems with Fairway Lawn continue. Yesterday, May 2 2024, I received another invoice from Fairway. I canceled the contract in October 2022 for non-performance, and was told by a manager I wouldn't be charged. Six months later, they took me to collection (unsuccessfully). Now almost two years later, they are still trying to bill me for a service that was never performed. Stay away from Fairway. They did not honor their guarantee of satisfaction with the work, and two years after I canceled they are still trying to bill me. read more

Horrible disgraceful service. Lawn is destroyed because of this company. Weeds overgrown into neighbors yard. Chris could have cared less AND STILL CHARGED ME! Not once did he come out (Too busy) to look at property AND STILL CHARGED ME. Issues never resolved. Still. Please do not use this company unless you want to throw your money and lawn away. read more

Terrible customer service! Will not return calls even after multiple attempts on my behalf, was told a manager would contact me that never happened, the service started out strong but faded quickly, called about issues and asked to speak with someone to talk about my problem, never any resolution. read more

I have had Fairway Lawns for a year now in Florida. I wish the lawn was greener but we are working on it. I had a huge weed problem in a new house and the weeds are now under control. My Technician is great and we talk all the time. The company billing is great and I always get a report on what was applied each time they come out. If I'm not home I can see on Cameras that he did everything. I'm sure by mid-summer my lawn will be nice and green read more
