No complaints. The office is split between Dr. Boles and Dr. Chism. When you walk in, Dr. Boles is…read moreto the right and Dr. Chism is to the left. The waiting room is never extremely crowded, which is a good sign. The office runs very efficiently and gets you in and out quickly. I cannot speak for Dr. Chism's office since I have only seen Dr. Boles. After you check in, you'll probably wait in the front waiting room for 10 minutes or so before being called back to a secondary waiting room. I love this room! On the walls are hundreds of collages and photos. They are heartwarming to look at. This waiting room has lots of space and seating. TV on the back wall, magazines, and even some toys for the little ones. But you probably won't spend but a few minutes before being called back to a room. Nurses are friendly. Each room has its own restroom (I have to say, I was extremely impressed by this) and they have their own weigh scales for privacy. Rooms are clean. Dr. Boles is extremely professional with a bed side manner unlike any other GYN I've ever had. He has a positive aura and makes you feel at ease. He answers questions, doesn't make you feel rushed, and has a good sense of humor. If I could give six stars, I would. Additionally, If it is your first visit as a new patient, he will have a meet and greet in his office prior to going to an exam room. This little visit did not go unnoticed and was an added touch of professionalism. My husband also agrees. I cannot give enough praise for Dr. Boles and his office team.

From the owner: We are the office of Dr. Mark Boles, Dr. Lauren Lowery, and Tonya Nicholson, CNM. We specialize in…read moreOB/GYN care.

I Went to Accordia Urgent Care after work on 06/24/24, I arrived at the facility at 6:10. There was…read moreno one at the reception desk when we arrived, we waited 10 min and still no one. I had my Fiancée call to get someone to come up front. The phone volume had been turned down as you could only hear if you were beside it. Finally the doctor came up and said "Here I think this is the paperwork." Another 10 min go by and the receptionist come through the front door as was out on a smoke break with no coverage. She goes in office and we give paperwork and she said nothing other than it will be $120.00. We waited another 10 min and was finally called back. It is now 6:40pm, they close at 7:30pm. I am having severe headache, stomach pain, diarrhea for 2 days. Nurse takes vital, then had me pee in a cardboard cup with my name i had to write on it and leave on a table outside bathroom(uncovered and exposed to environment) then doctor came in and the options were food poisoning or dehydration, she informed me that due to time she could not give me a IV bag to speed up Hydration. But could give me a Tylenol and something for reflux. Advised me to drink a lot of fluids and if gets worse go to emergency room for a IV bag for fluids. I was told that the Urine was analyzed and it did not show infection. I was Leaving and the test and 2 Tylenol's and acid reflux was a additional $60. Paid and left without a headache. Here it is 06/26/24 and I still feel the same and if I go to the emergency room it is a guaranteed to get a bill from 3 places for over 2000.00 and that's cause no deductible or co-pay on Insurance, just have to meet a $6000 threshold before it will pay. So if Accordia can not complete the standards of care due to time of closing, then why are they open till 730pm.And had someone been at desk on check-in, I would have time for a IV. A simple IV would have stopped the whole thing and now I am out $180.00 for advise not care and getting worse even with fluids. I have insurance and I can pay. I just needed medical care and now it is worse due to a staff that wanted to leave on time. This is not a Urgent care as the definition is Care for an illness, injury or condition serious enough that a reasonable person would seek care right away, but not so severe it requires emergency room. Well that didn't work and I am now requiring a Emergency room.

Yes there was a wait, but we all know you can't be seen time you walk in the door all the time as there are many sick people in this world. I love that she is caring yet very direct and stern at the same time. Thank you to all the staff here that assisted us. A big thank you to JoAnn for her wonderful customer service when I called and arrived at the center.
