We just had our appointment this past Wednesday with Dr. Thiessen, and he was absolutely amazing! The whole staff is super friendly and easy to talk to. I was worried my son would have a freak out with having lights shined in his eyes but Dr. Thiessen was so awesome with him and was able to keep him calm and happy. He was so informative and easy to talk to and discuss any concerns I have for myself or my son. The nurse helping me pick new glasses was so fun to deal with, gave me so many options and opinons on what looked good. When I was finished and bought my new glasses they told me it would be about 2 weeks... they called me 2 days after my appointment to tell me they are ready! Such a quick turn around! They were completely booked but Dr MacNeill was able to squeeze me in. It turns out I have an eye infection and my contact lens was scratched as well. She provided me with drops, home treatment supplies and advice and a new temporary lens until I get home to see my regular doctor. The entire staff was extremely professional, friendly, responsive and took great care of me. Very grateful for their help. If you are looking for an optometrist, look no further!

In September found out needed cataract surgery, in November my 1st consultation with Dr. Seif I felt very comfortable with this knowledgeable Dr. When dealing with your eyes not much is more precious. The one thing I appreciated is the cost much much less than I anticipated and yes I upgraded my lens. My appointment was set on January 24 at J.B. Hospital the ophthalmology wing is breathtaking. Dr Seif meets and greets you pre op and post op this surgery procedure takes 15 minutes. The results are astonishing my vision is sharp as the colours astounding. After both procedures post op visits to Dr Seif office truly a beautiful building with thorough post op examinations. My 2nd eye procedure was done Feb. 05 much quicker a lot less anxious a total success this I credit to Dr Seif a wonderful caring outstanding ophthalmologist /surgeon look no further he is the one. I consider myself blessed to be referred to Dr. SEIF.

Leave me a message and I will be there. I'm not seven. I returned home from Cuba on Sat, go in this morning for my Monday 8:30 am apt and they cancelled it on me because I did not confirm??!!!! How can you logically explain how I was going to confirm this? It was ridiculous, unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. That was SO wrong! She said "it's our policy".. WELL - your policy needs to be reassessed. On top of this THEY have bailed on at least 3 of our apts.... (so & so wasn't in, Covid, short staff - whatever). It happens. I get it. This one however took the cake. THEIR time is the only importance. NOT yours. They overstepped. Short of it is, i) they hound you and treat you like a minor and ii) have zero regard for your time. STAY CLEAR!

The office is nicely decorated and has lots of stuff to occupy while waiting. I've had a couple dentists after settling with Dr Jennifer. She's very nice and has great bedside manner. All of the hygienists are personable. Fees are pretty much average. Doesn't take too long to get an appointment. They offer reminders by phone, email & text. Direct billing to most insurance companies however they will no coordinate benefits for you. The patient pays still has to pay the dentist even though they submit the claim on your behalf. They close early on Fridays. Open 2 evenings a week. All & all a great staff, great service. Will be sticking with this office.

My first visit was terrible. Receptionist claimed to know what my student health plan covered, but…read moremislead me about this, pressuring me to buy more than what would actually have been covered on my plan. Only allowed payment by cash for the eye exam. Doctor offered me a contact case for me to take out my contacts, only to have to wash it before hand from the last person who used it. However, when I went back to sort out my prescription, I spoke with a different doctor who was helpful and professional. Depends who you get I guess. Prices seemed very affordable.
