The days leading up to the surgery Jenna was amazing in answering every question I had. She never made me feel like I was burdening her with my emails. She went out her way to make sure I was comfortable with the decision to have the procedure. Jenna even came up to see me after surgery to see how I was. The day of surgery I felt so relaxed which is surprising considering I was having a major surgery. The team was amazing and made sure that I knew what was going to happen and that I was okay with everything. When Dr. Shenker called later that night and asked me to describe how the experience was I said amazing cause it truly was. Lauren has been outstanding in my after care, she has explained everything and answered any questions I had. She is there if ever I need to contact her. I was concerned when we started the appointment late but she massaged for the full time I paid for, which is a contributing factor to me becoming a return customer! I have been in severe pain since I got this done on Sunday and my doctor has prescribed me antibiotics to prevent infection because the wound is blistering really bad and also a low grade pain killer to deal with the constant burning. I also had an IUD put in a few days before the treatment which was pulled out of place from the suction of the handle. I bought this Groupon with Curves and Contours because the prices for fat freeze treatment in Hamilton are crazy high. I went in and met with Jessica. She was a nice girl and seemed like she knew what she was talking about but when I asked her what kind of training she had, she said "oh I don't have any, you don't need it for this". When the treatment was done it immediately started to burn, she told me it was normal and would go away. I sent her a message the next day to tell her that it was still really sore, really bruised, red and felt like a burn and she told me it was normal. The next day I told her that I was in sever pain and that the area was blistering now. She told me this has happened before to a few of her clients and suggested I use honey on the wound. I ended up going to my doctors to have him check it out and he was shocked!! He told me that these types of treatments should be done by professionals with training or at least supervised by someone in the medical field. I would caution anyone interested in this deal to run before you end up burned like me. Update: last week I received an email from this girls lawyer threatening to sue me for writing this review!!!! I guess she doesn't want people to know of the risks involved with doing this treatment. I am shocked and disgusted that I have been treated this way. Who burns someone and then threatens to sue them for leaving a review about their experience?!?!?!
