We just had our wedding here a few weeks ago and we this venue made things easy for us in terms of planning. It's a small venue but the ceremony and tent area are pretty decent and look great when decorated! I went through fairview for a good chunk of the items because we had the elite package, some things we did replace were were the bakery , we also decided to seek outside coordination services and we initially had their photo booth but replaced it with one we liked better. The whole planning process was not as stressful as I imagined it to be. It was nice having many vendors in house the only things we really needed to do was to make decisions on things like place settings, the food, chargers, chairs, placement of things etc. the one thing, I highly recommend you do seek outside from them is their DJ services, the DJ we got was a last minute replacement that was not very good. Our coordinator Justina, had to go over the set list with him because he had another couples names, bridal party and songs on his playlist. For the entrance of my bridal party, he played a short snippet of the song and ended right as they walked in and didn't even make it to the dance floor and started the next song. It was pretty short and people commented on how bad the dj was. They also said during the reception, he didn't do good transitions from one song to the next, he played the entire songs and was on his phone majority of the night. He also stressed out our boba vendor, Happy Lemon by prematurely announcing that they were ready to start boba drinks when they were still setting up and organizing things. That's our biggest complaint, other than that everything else was great at the venue. We enjoyed our wedding and everyone else had a good time. People also raves about the food saying it was pretty good except the braised short rib was a bit tough other than that everyone liked the food! If I had to do my wedding again, I'd definitely go with fairview again but still stick to the changes I made for some vendors! We happened upon Fairview when looking for a reception venue for our wedding... while there is the option of having the ceremony at the actual site, it was important for my now husband and I that we be married in his childhood backyard. But, we still needed a venue for our reception. We are so happy that we found Fairview! Cynthia and Jordan were AMAZING, as well as the rest of the incredible staff at Fairview! Faieview review We recently had our wedding here. I will start by saying Thank you to Veronica who's been amazing with us from the start to finish. She always answer our questions quickly and able to accommodate on what we need. The venue is very nice for small wedding/events. I actually recommend this place and its affordability and flexibility. Our experience is great until the wedding day comes.. it is not too bad, but it really needs to be improve for. Soo here is what happened. First during cocktail hours the Appetizers is not enough, apparently some of our guests didn't able to eat at cocktail hours. 2nd: they said "Well Drinks alcohol will be provide". (We choose the most expensive package with Open bar) But we Ended up having the non well drink liquor. But of course it did it's job coz everyone for drunk/buzzed. (Was really disappointed on that). No patron No Henny, No Bombay Sapphire Gin‍ 3rd: the very disappointing part is. During the Main dinner, "PRIME Rib cut is really choppy, like they cut it really small. And It Was Not enough for all the Guest. 2 tables did not even get a chance to eat/try the prime rib coz they RuN out. Super Disappointed. Coz that 2 tables is our Family (parents and siblings) after our complain about not having enough prime rib, they gave us a Gift card for Galpao, but for only $250 worth of gift card. That's only 4 people‍. Overall all our friends and family had fun. But the catering and the bar service/vendor really needs to be improve. The owner really needs to look on this. But thanks again. Pardon the grammar and typos. Overall, I was very happy of how my wedding at Fairview Napa turned out! The venue itself is at a very nice golf course. The outdoor location of the ceremony and outdoor cocktail hour is beautiful- and naturally a good location not needing much to enhance the aesthetic. The tent is a little bit older, on my visits to venue during planning, I was very worried about the ventilation and the very old and large air conditioning unit which was honestly a very unpleasant aesthetic. Until the very last few days before the wedding, I was unsure If changes they had planned to do for months was actually going to happen. BUT, they really pulled through. The ventilation and musty smell was not present or noticeable at all during the wedding! I was so relieved. The covering of the AC unit was just so great and better than expected!!!!! The venue really came through in that way. The DJ which also came with the venue was fine. Coordination was a bit last minute and "on the fly" in term of communication (ie how to introduce people, going over chronology of events was done mostly a few days before and even on the day of the wedding). They clearly have a lot of experience and good with doing and saying things on the fly. He was loud and outgoing but a just a tad bit disorganized. The food was so so good. Also better than expected- although I didn't know what to expect! We got so many compliments. We did a buffet style. Some highlights of cocktail hour food and meal that I tasted: The carved roast beef was great, seasoned roasted vegetables, mash potatoes were good. Chicken satay was spicy. I heard the vegetarian lasagna was great. There were so many food options and the food was very well seasoned! It was a busy night and I wish I could have tried more of our dishes but of what I was able to get, was so delicious. Sweetie pies company, which comes with the venue was fantastic. It was another source of compliments. We did a black(chocolate) and white (almond) layered cake with mascarpone strawberry filling. The company was easy to work with. Gargavantas flowers which is the main flower vendor also was exquisite. This was one of my biggest expenditures of the wedding. They do have a package that comes with the venue pricing but I did end up getting a lot of extra flowers and the addition to the package was expensive. But to me it was very worth it- I think it added to the atmosphere and look I was hoping for. This type of event planning was a very new experience to me, and I had to meet them several times as I initially didn't have a clear vision but I gave them descriptions and ideas and it was still hard for me to envision the final product . Fairview was a wonderful wedding venue. The food was delicious! I loved that they provide everything in house, for a non-DIY kinda girl like me it made it so much easier! Lea and Victoria were great to work with, always getting back to me quickly and never annoyed with the barrage of questions I always had. We opted to get the top tier package, and removed the few items we did not want. I love that you are able to customize your package this way! We had no regrets choosing Fairview Napa as our wedding venue! The ceremony site was absolutely beautiful and perfect size for our 70 guests. I'd highly recommend a November wedding! The weather and sunset was perfect. The reception was great and the food was absolutely delicious. We were a little skeptical at first because they don't offer a menu tasting but in the end all of the food met our expectations. We'd definitely recommend the salmon and prime rib carving! We started our wedding journey with Lilly and Paige, and they were absolutely amazing! They were extremely helpful along the way answering any questions or concerns we had. Before our second to last detail meeting we found out Paige had left Fairview and Lilly was promoted, which was great news to hear, but we were a little nervous to work with two new wedding coordinators we didn't know only a few months before the wedding, considering we had been communicating with the other two since the beginning. But day of the wedding, Christina and Taylor were great making sure everything was set. :) The venue is basically all inclusive, and have recommendations for photographers and other vendors if you choose not to use the ones included. All vendors that were recommended were absolutely amazing (Darci Terry, Sweetie Pies, Garaventas, Officially Yours and DJ Noel)! After the wedding I found out from a few guests that they didn't get to finish their dinner because they got up to get a drink from the bar and came back to the table with their plate gone. Also some said their chicken was a little raw in the middle, so they didn't feel comfortable finishing it. These would be really the only negative things I could say about this place. My wife and I had our wedding and reception at Fairview, and overall had a very positive experience. The best part, by far, is how much is included in their wedding package. Not only do you get the ceremony and reception sites, you get catering, a full bar, wedding cake, table decorations and a coordinator, all without using any outside vendors. As anyone who's gotten married will tell you, the worst part is having to go and find vendors for all the different stuff you need -- but Fairview takes care of everything for you. The only thing we had to go outside Fairview for was the florist, but even for that Fairview had a preferred vendor, so we didn't have to go searching for one. Their coordinators are wonderful. Elise kept in touch with us from day one of planning, with periodic check-ins every couple months to work out all the details. She even rolled with last-minute changes to the guest count and seating chart. The only bad part of the experience was the woman who oversaw the reception. I didn't catch her name, but she's just a very negative person, which is a bad trait to have if you're in the wedding business. On our wedding day, she was very openly against any of us having fun, she gave my wife a hard time when she asked for champagne in the bridal suite (which was included in our package), and she just loomed over the event as a black cloud, carrying her air of misery around. But overall, this stain of a human didn't completely ruin our special day, so I'm happy we got married at Fairview. read more

And continue our services with Paige and Lilly. They were super helpful with every question i had about planning my wedding. The wedding planners we dealt with (Elise, Bri, Lilly, Paige) were all exceptional. They made us feel like our event was a huge deal even though they do weddings nearly every weekend. Any questions we had, they were able to answer with ease and make us feel comfortable with everything that was going on. They really have this thing down. The food was awesome. We had the Chicken Picatta, Tri Tip and Turkey carving station. All of them as well as the other sides, were delicious. The banquet and bar staff is top notch. They walk you through the entire night and make sure you're on schedule and have plenty of time to party. The DJ we were given, Noel, is THE MAN! We had a blast. The ceremony site is exactly what we were looking for. And makes for an incredible sunset in the background if you can catch it at the right time. My husband and I had our beautiful wedding reception here this past July. Everyone that we came across that runs this facility from the coordinators, staff, workers, etc had been pleasantly nice and sweet to us. Fairview accommodated us in any concerns and needs we had and were definitely flexible. We initially booked this venue when it was still Wedgewood and eventually changed into Fairview. Nothing changed but the name. We worked closely with Bri and Elise and both of them have been excellent in making our big day happen. The process of putting together a wedding can definitely be stressful and overwhelming, but Fairview always made sure to answer all of our questions and concerns. Everything went smoothly for us leading to the big event. On the day of the big event - we hired Fairview for the same day coordinator and they did a great job setting up the venue on how i visualized the reception area to be. Their food was great, we received a lot of compliments that they found the food to be delicious. Fairview doesn't allow a tasting for what they will serve, so it was reassuring that everyone enjoyed the food. We had the buffet style dinner with salmon and carved top beef. I personally loved the salmon myself. We barely ate that night but i distinctively remember wanting more salmon. Our guests also complimented us on the bartender and that she was very nice and did a great job attending to our guests. After the big day, we were able to collect any decorations left behind or anything that was left behind after the party ended. We were pleasantly surprised that the staff even saved the cake topper for us. I don't actually think they guarantee this, but it just so happened the staff saved it for us. We didn't even get to really enjoy our cake the day of the wedding, so it was to our joy that they saved the top of the cake for us and was able to enjoy every bite after the storm has settled. Service: fully staffed and courteous Plenty of parking space and good seating arrangement for the wedding ceremony. Cons: no grapes or vineyard in sight despite location is in Napa. due to size, I don't think they can accommodate very large weddings. I recently got married at Fairview Napa on October 28th, 2017. We worked with Bri in the office and she was our wedding coordinator. First off the day we came to tour Fairview was amazing. They had some of the space set up for a wedding so we got to actually see the space set up with tables and decor. After walking the grounds they took us into the office where we were able to discuss the package options and see all the different upgrades available. Once you book with them they give you a book with timelines and guidelines and it's so easy and stress feee to plan! They basically guide you the whole way till your big day. They provide the catering, floral, DJ, bartender, and all the service staff for the day of. The only thing we had to find on our own was the photographer (we used Fairview's recommended photographer), and our minister (we used a family friend). Seriously the process is so easy and so worth it. We used the coordination services which meant bri and her team set everything up for us. They did a candy bar (we provided candy, jars) but they set it up no additional cost. They also set up all our decor! Seriously the day was perfect! I would highly suggest paying for the wedding coordination services. It is well worth the extra money. We also paid for one additional hour which included the bar services and DJ for the extra hour.. also way worth the money! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Fairview in February 2017. I did all of the planning from Michigan and it was so easy! Elise was there to answer any questions I had and to help me make any changes, which I made several lol. I liked that they had vendors for you to use so with me living in Michigan I didn't have to find a photographer, baker, or florist. I also liked the all inclusive style, so I knew exactly what I was getting when I picked my package. My husband and his friends even golfed on the course the day of the ceremony and they loved it! When we first started looking for venues we knew two things, we didn't want to spend too much money and we wanted a one-stop-shop. This is exactly why Fairview was perfect. This took soooo much stress out of the planning. They had a calendar for us and made sure that we provide them with all the information they needed to make our day prefect. We just had to get any extra decorations we wanted. They also set up all of favors, escort cards and wedding favors. We just had to drop everything off the day before.
