Pardon the grammar and typos. Overall, I was very happy of how my wedding at Fairview Napa turned out! The venue itself is at a very nice golf course. The outdoor location of the ceremony and outdoor cocktail hour is beautiful- and naturally a good location not needing much to enhance the aesthetic. The tent is a little bit older, on my visits to venue during planning, I was very worried about the ventilation and the very old and large air conditioning unit which was honestly a very unpleasant aesthetic. Until the very last few days before the wedding, I was unsure If changes they had planned to do for months was actually going to happen. BUT, they really pulled through. The ventilation and musty smell was not present or noticeable at all during the wedding! I was so relieved. The covering of the AC unit was just so great and better than expected!!!!! The venue really came through in that way. The DJ which also came with the venue was fine. Coordination was a bit last minute and "on the fly" in term of communication (ie how to introduce people, going over chronology of events was done mostly a few days before and even on the day of the wedding). They clearly have a lot of experience and good with doing and saying things on the fly. He was loud and outgoing but a just a tad bit disorganized. The food was so so good. Also better than expected- although I didn't know what to expect! We got so many compliments. We did a buffet style. Some highlights of cocktail hour food and meal that I tasted: The carved roast beef was great, seasoned roasted vegetables, mash potatoes were good. Chicken satay was spicy. I heard the vegetarian lasagna was great. There were so many food options and the food was very well seasoned! It was a busy night and I wish I could have tried more of our dishes but of what I was able to get, was so delicious. Sweetie pies company, which comes with the venue was fantastic. It was another source of compliments. We did a black(chocolate) and white (almond) layered cake with mascarpone strawberry filling. The company was easy to work with. Gargavantas flowers which is the main flower vendor also was exquisite. This was one of my biggest expenditures of the wedding. They do have a package that comes with the venue pricing but I did end up getting a lot of extra flowers and the addition to the package was expensive. But to me it was very worth it- I think it added to the atmosphere and look I was hoping for. This type of event planning was a very new experience to me, and I had to meet them several times as I initially didn't have a clear vision but I gave them descriptions and ideas and it was still hard for me to envision the final product . They were patient and worked with me. But they truly delivered, I was blown away at the final outcome (as were my guests).

We just had our wedding at Fairview Napa and it was an incredible experience. The entire team there was supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a very specific theme for our wedding and wanted it to come alive and they were behind us 100%. The actual day of the wedding went by pretty much without a single hiccup. Halfway through the reception we were ahead of schedule, which after being a part of several weddings I realize basically never happens. All our guests loved the food, DJ, and entertainment I'd highly recommend Fairview Napa for anyone looking for a beautiful Napa Wedding. Thanks to Christina, Taylor, Paige, Liily and the rest of the team at Fairview for making it the most memorable day of our lives

We had no regrets choosing Fairview Napa as our wedding venue! The ceremony site was absolutely beautiful and perfect size for our 70 guests. I'd highly recommend a November wedding! The weather and sunset was perfect. The reception was great and the food was absolutely delicious. We were a little skeptical at first because they don't offer a menu tasting but in the end all of the food met our expectations. We'd definitely recommend the salmon and prime rib carving! We started our wedding journey with Lilly and Paige, and they were absolutely amazing! They were extremely helpful along the way answering any questions or concerns we had. Before our second to last detail meeting we found out Paige had left Fairview and Lilly was promoted, which was great news to hear, but we were a little nervous to work with two new wedding coordinators we didn't know only a few months before the wedding, considering we had been communicating with the other two since the beginning. But day of the wedding, Christina and Taylor were great making sure everything was set. :) The venue is basically all inclusive, and have recommendations for photographers and other vendors if you choose not to use the ones included. All vendors that were recommended were absolutely amazing (Darci Terry, Sweetie Pies, Garaventas, Officially Yours and DJ Noel)! After the wedding I found out from a few guests that they didn't get to finish their dinner because they got up to get a drink from the bar and came back to the table with their plate gone. Also some said their chicken was a little raw in the middle, so they didn't feel comfortable finishing it. These would be really the only negative things I could say about this place. Overall our wedding experience was great, and we were so glad we found this gem! Thank you Fairview Napa :)

We recommend Fairview for any couples looking to do wedding in Napa! I picked this venue for many many reasons... It has great scenery for pictures all around. Its halfway between the Bay and Sacramento area A one stop shop (venue, decor, open bar, cake, photobooth, food, DJ, invites all included) The only thing you have to look for yourself is photography and video. The two awesome planners Paige and Lily! Our wedding party about 75 attendees and we all had a great memorable time! Thank you Fairview Napa!! DEC 1, 2018

My wife and I had our wedding and reception at Fairview, and overall had a very positive experience. The best part, by far, is how much is included in their wedding package. Not only do you get the ceremony and reception sites, you get catering, a full bar, wedding cake, table decorations and a coordinator, all without using any outside vendors. As anyone who's gotten married will tell you, the worst part is having to go and find vendors for all the different stuff you need -- but Fairview takes care of everything for you. The only thing we had to go outside Fairview for was the florist, but even for that Fairview had a preferred vendor, so we didn't have to go searching for one. Their coordinators are wonderful. Elise kept in touch with us from day one of planning, with periodic check-ins every couple months to work out all the details. She even rolled with last-minute changes to the guest count and seating chart. The only bad part of the experience was the woman who oversaw the reception. I didn't catch her name, but she's just a very negative person, which is a bad trait to have if you're in the wedding business. On our wedding day, she was very openly against any of us having fun, she gave my wife a hard time when she asked for champagne in the bridal suite (which was included in our package), and she just loomed over the event as a black cloud, carrying her air of misery around. But overall, this stain of a human didn't completely ruin our special day, so I'm happy we got married at Fairview.

We had our 5th Anniversary celebration and vow renewal at Fairview Napa and it was amazing. First of all the location is adorable. They have this beautiful garden for the outdoor ceremony and ballroom like tent setup for the reception and beautiful places around for some couple photography! Now coming to the planning. Christina helped us every step of the way planning our beautiful event and was patient through all the changes we had to make. She listened carefully and took notes to make my vision come alive on the day. Everything was beautiful. The food was really good... my guests kept raving about them. Another plus point is that I loved all the vendors they work with especially the florist, the bakery, the DJ. All in all this is a beautiful place for your dream Napa wedding that won't break your bank. Can't recommend this place enough.

When we signed up with fairview Napa we did so because we loved Bri and how on it she always was. Halfway through (we were engaged for 2 years) Bri decided to move on to a different company and i was so worried the planning process wasnt going to be what i had hoped for. But then we started working with Paige and she was just as great as Bri and i no longer had any worries. The people at fairview Napa are amazing! You truly get to have the wedding youve always wanted and at a great price! Its a Nice intimate setting, the ceremony site is just gorgeous. But, my husband and i chose the venue for the people you work with. Paige and Lily really cared about my wedding and did whatever they could to help with special requests. I highly reccomend this venue if youre looking for a budget friendly, laid back planning process working with really friendly people. Oh, and this venue is absolutely gorgeous any time of year. We chose the fall

I had my wedding here on December 6th 2019 and it was absolutely beautiful! It rained that day so we were unable to get married outside but inside was just as beautiful! Christina & Taylor were wonderful and professional. All I did was give them my decorations and they wedding-fyed (made up word) the place so beautiful. The food was excellent and I had a special vegan dish, just for me. The bartender was great! The DJ and the photobooth was everything! Everything was perfect for my special day and I thank you to everyone at this venue who made it extra special! Highly recommended. Scenery is great for pictures the venue itself is just amazing.

It was definitely the best place to perform our wedding, Taylor, Cristina and the entire Farview team are looking forward to every detail. excellent location, affordable costs and beautiful facilities. Our ceremony looked magical and the party was incredible. Thank you guys, we are happy to choose Farview.

We got married here on May 31st, 2019, and we had the most wonderful wedding!!! Paige, the coordinator, made it seamless from the beginning. From booking our wedding just a few months in advance, to making the venue look more than perfect the day of, she went above and beyond throughout the whole process!! We couldn't have been any happier with the way everything turned out. The all inclusive packages they offered are amazing and well worth the price! Paige worked through all of our requests and made all of them possible. Overall, the wedding was perfect, and the guests all commented on how it was the best wedding they've ever attended because of the excellent job Paige and the staff at Fairview Napa did!

Our wedding cake thru Fairview vendor Sweetie Pies in Napa. Simply loved it!

Ask the Community - Fairview Napa

Hello Fairview wedding community. We are getting married at this venue. So far, the planners and vendors are A+. The only blind spot is the quality of food. My expectation is very high. What's your honest experience?

The food at our wedding (5/4/2019) was fantastic. Our entrees were the chicken parm and the salmon, and our carved item was the prime rib which was cooked to perfection. All my uncles are chefs and they were impressed with how it was cooked. :)

The entire experience was stellar, beginning with a welcome glass of Vin Gris, which counts as one of the five wines in the tasting. We settled into comfortable, spacious semicircular couches with panoramic views overlooking the vineyards, gardens, and mountains beyond. What truly elevated our visit was Dulce, our hostess, who has more than 20 years of wine experience. She described each wine with such knowledge and detail that we were able to choose wines we genuinely enjoyed. But it was more than expertise. She shared her knowledge and passion so freely and with such heart that she made the afternoon feel special. Dulce is truly a gift to Bouchaine. The hospitality began even before we arrived. When we realized we didn't need as much time between wineries, we called and asked whether we could move our 3:30 tasting to 2:30. They accommodated us with grace. We ended up staying more than 2 1/2 hours and never once felt hurried. I especially appreciated the generous spacing between the seating areas, which gave each group privacy and made the tasting feel peaceful rather than crowded. The grounds were lovely, with purple agapanthus and black-eyed Susans blooming against the vineyards and mountains. Even the modern wood architecture--from the tasting room and offices to the beautifully designed bathroom--made us feel as though we were somewhere thoughtfully created and genuinely special. They made us feel like valued guests, and the resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Aside from a few asthetic issues the rooms were very clean. Unfortunately, the overall guest experience didn't live up to expectations. One of the amenities we were most looking forward to was relaxing by the pool after a day of travel and wine tasting. While the pool stays open into the evening, food and beverage service ends early, and outside food and drinks aren't permitted. With a standard 4:00 p.m. check-in, that leaves very little opportunity to fully enjoy the experience the resort advertises. Random observation and I can only speak to the adult pool (they do have 2) I'm no math wiz but the chair to guest ratio does not math in a resort with over 400 rooms in Napa where you are bound to have more adults than minors. We also experienced several maintenance issues throughout the room, including the carpet, a faulty light switch, and an exterior light fixture. While none of these issues alone were major, together they reflected a level of upkeep I wouldn't expect from a resort charging upwards of $500 per night. If you prefer sweeter sparkling wines, ask which tasting would be the best choice for you. I also recommend adding the charcuterie plate, which came with three cheeses, crackers, dried cranberries, and honey and paired very nicely with the sparkling wines. Caviar is also available if you want to make the experience more indulgent. Dylan gave us a quick overview of the differences among the tastings and explained the four flutes of sparkling wine we would be trying. I spoke to a lady with white hair at the front desk and she had no name tag on. The first room she gave us was the only one available she told me mom and I; it was room 135. This room was in absolutely horrendous shape. A yellow tub, unclean carpet floors, ants in the bathroom and red caked stuff which looked like blood around the drain. After leaving that room immediately my mom and I were told we had to wait one hour for another room. We waited approximately 10 minutes and were told "it just magically opened new rooms for us to get" I've never heard that one before. We ended up staying in 323. Which was a higher floor which i preferred. However the fridge, hair dryer and there were absolutely no utensils or plates for the microwave so I'm not sure how we were supposed to eat. For this being a junior suite room my mom's birthday trip beginning has been extremely rough. I'll definitely not stay here ever again. This evening; on Saturday July 18-we had ants infesting our bathroom, they were all along the baseboard. A gentleman came up and he thought it was a good idea to spray raid in the bathroom. Raid is a chemical that you cannot breathe in it's lethal. He told us it was fine and it was OK to breathe in. He tried opening the window as he breathed in the Raid... we left the room and we moved rooms immediately. When we were staying there, we got our rooms moved and then the next day we switched to hotels.
