They do have a separate stall for those needing an accessible facility. One of the 5 stalls in my bathroom was also out of order. The water was hot and the air dryers were working. This particular rest area is located along I-81 northbound near Mount Sidney, and it serves as a straightforward, functional stop for travelers needing a break. We pulled in while traveling north and found it to be an easy on-and-off exit with clear signage. Parking is laid out logically, with plenty of car parking close to the main building and truck parking separated on the other side and beyond the building, which helps reduce congestion. There is a single restroom building, and during our visit the bathrooms were clean, functional, and well maintained. Several picnic tables sit just off the parking lot, including a mix of shaded and unshaded tables, making it convenient to stop for a quick snack or stretch. That said, this is a basic, no-frills rest area with very little natural shade or tree cover overall, so on hot or sunny days it may feel a bit exposed. The walkways and surrounding grounds were clean, and everything appeared to be in good working order. Overall, this Mount Sidney rest area does exactly what it's supposed to do: provide a safe, and clean place to stop briefly before getting back on the road.

I was told by the front desk that "company owned technological devices" run off a separate WiFi with routers located on the main floor. Additionally, I was told that "Country Inn Guests' personal devices" WiFi is routed from the 2nd floor and operates separately from theirs. Apparently this happens quite often as it was also pointed out that taped to the check-in desk was a "WiFi customer service 1-800 number." I double checked their website and despite this obviously incessant WiFi issue, Country Inn STILL lists FREE WIFI as an amenity. Friends staying at the much nicer Best Western directly across the street have nothing but GREAT things to say about their stays!!!

This was especially problematic as we bought several slices just today and couldn't give them to the people they were for because of the taste. There's one particular "older" lady in the deli who is rude every single time we've been here. If you're going to shop here check your food and open all sandwiches to check the bread!!!!
