She was RE-pricing some discs on the floor because the prices had dropped online and she tracks that to remain competitive- NICE! She had the new plastics and the classics, and a decent assortment of great prices on used discs to choose from. I wanted a bright yellow Pig... and she had one, and I picked up the Orange Sword I lost that fall that had been turned in to her. They have a lost and found bin- and if you have your name and a number on your disc they will text you. Was rude and went and got another person involved who clearly also did not know the policy. She had a smart mouth and got loud. When proven wrong with photo from sign she then began to tell me to be quite and calm down. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The cashiers need to learn the store policy.
