I waste my time going up there and filling out paper work and needed in asap was told it would be a week or so before they could get me in. Mind you I live were I dont get good cell service and didn't get my voice mail until a week later bc I went into town. I called to tried to set up an appointment bc I miss the call and chance to get in this Monday. Not only was I hung up on but when I called back the other lady was extremely rude! This is for the Office on sheridan drive internal medicine clinic the Front desk woman that was working was rude and useless did not try to help with my problem at all, the doctor wants patient to keep coming in for office visit just to get medication refill when the lady at front desk which also spoke to on the phone was told I had no car or license so was very difficult to get there and asked if this time my medicine could be called in since I couldn't make it in. which is a medicine that can cause some withdrawal symptoms after stopping suddenly but a non narcotic medication, after not attempting to help me without an appointment I asked for one which they couldn't get me in for over a month so not only would they not call it in without seeing me they couldnt see me for for a month! I have had this called in once before by this doc I know it can be done but the way they treated me and then not offering a solution to get my medication at least until I could be seen a month later is ridiculous and the woman's attitude just very much made me never want to go back, I wanted to switch doctors anyway and now I'm glad I am doing it, i wouldnt go there, also if u go there's no patients in the waiting room but you will be there for three hours every time no matter what its for waste of time! The nurse in the back is very nice but the older lady up front and on the phone was absolutely of no help and it was obvious she didn't care about trying to help find a solution read more
