Took over a year and a half to get reimbursed and the only reason we did get it is because I would not drop the issue and emailed Annaliese probably 10 times about it And brought it up during the move out inspection or else they would have never even offered to reimburse us. And then during the move out they forced us to pay $500 for floor cleaning when there is already a non refundable deposit for cleaning on the lease agreement, and I called to ask if I could steam clean and mop it myself due to us having no carpet and one medium dog and they said that will be fine, it's mostly for carpet and people with pets. After emailing back and forth all they would say is "According to lines (whatever they are) the house needs to be returned in the way you got it." Absolutely 100% agree. But we moved in with the tile having dust and stains all over plus paint marks from their company that painted and just overall not the cleanest. Did not have a good experience with this company and will never rent through them again.

I had four more companies come over, look things over and bid. We made the decision to go with A Mountain Roofing Thursday night. By Friday morning Jorge was confirming that he could have the roof started by Wednesday of the following week (5 days away) but before I sent him the signed contact my wife had a list of like seven questions/concerns she wanted answered. Jorge answered them promptly and with the answers she was agreeable to. Signed contract was sent over. Two and a half days. That is all it took. Stripped down, new synthetic underlay, new 30 year name brand shingles and all debris cleaned up and hauled away. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Even this work needed to be done this is only like an hour or hour and half of work, worth about only $400.00 Well guess what I have learned not to trust anyone and to ask a lot of questions years ago. These people were scamming me! I reached out and requested additional quotes. Always get multiply quotes don't trust anyone. I received another quote for another company and the inspector came down from my roof and said you are all good. What? I said. He said yeah your roof is in great shape for the age of your home. He does not supervise subcontractors, and they basically can do any work quality that they see fit. I had to argue with him for 8 months over an HVAC problem and a faulty roof. I finally had to go to the Registrar of Contractors. They determined his work was substandard and unacceptable to construction standards. Be Aware! Be Careful. He talked to his team and they were able to expedite my order of 4 doors (without surcharge)--the doors were installed just 3 days later (nearly 2 weeks early). This was above and beyond! The doors are perfect, great attention was paid to paint detailing (gorgeous color), and I was able to sleep better feeling safer inside my home.
