Ultimately, the crown failed, and I am still experiencing discomfort and an abnormal sensation in the affected tooth nearly six months later. This does not appear to be an isolated incident. I am personally aware of two other coworkers who have had similar experiences with this provider, specifically involving crown failures within the first year of placement. In one of those instances, the individual required a full tooth extraction.

This review I thought I'd focus on Dr Bosler's hygienist, Molly. Molly is extremely knowledgeable. I'm a nurse myself and am so impressed with her care of the whole person. She is so thorough she has been able to assess a few dental problems and address them early saving me from a much worse problem and expense down the line. A few years ago Molly noticed a "shadow" on my inner cheek that warranted a visit to my primary care doc. As it turned out there was no cancer and I did not require further work up. I've been blessed to be able afford dental checkups my entire life. However, having a team of professionals who have helped me avoid serious dental issues and expenses really has helped! Molly, if you read this, I hope you to know you're the best of the best. You look at the whole patient, their lifestyle and needs. It's that "extra" genuine personal interest, intelligence and gentleness you provide that makes you the exceptional medical professional you are. I owe my beautiful smile to you and the entire Bosler team. Thank you for being who you are. Simply amazing.

I've been a couple times now and he's truthful and honest about what you need. He doesn't try to price gouge you with procedures you don't need. I got my fillings redone as they were deteriorating. He wrote me the next day to see how I was doing which I absolutely loved. That's how you know they care. The staff in the front is lovely and they are a very clean facility. I appreciate that they are on top of talking with your insurance beforehand to make sure everything is good and you're not paying way out of what you would after the fact. I had a terrible experience in the past with a different office where they price gouged me and made it seem as if I needed a procedure that day so this office gave me extreme relief. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Her record keeping is simply a school-type notebook, with appointments and calls noted in pencil. She had me fill out paperwork, saying she would schedule an appt at a later date. After handing over completed paperwork, she asked me to wait. After 15 minutes or so, to my surprise, I was ushered into an exam room and my appt commenced. The office is quite old school, lacking in modern dental equipment. Dr. Taasan speedily examined my teeth and did the cleaning himself. Too rushed to check my xrays. I was told to return in 6 months. Unfortunately, I do not feel confident in the level of care that this practice can provide.

He did an exam, did a cleaning and recommended two crowns. I asked if he minded if I asked to send the xrays to my former dentist of 40+ years to take a look. He said he didn't. When I saw my dentist's office for an out of pocket cleaning, I learned my insurance would cover a periodontist. They recommended one and I called her to make an appointment and was told the referral had to come from Dr Galvan because he was in the plan. When I called Dr. Galvan's office for the periodontist referral, I was told I had been dropped as a patient and that was all they had to say. Because it would delay my cleaning, I begged for the referral and was told I would have to get another dentist. Guess he didn't like that I got a 2nd opinion and didn't get the crowns. Why when I first saw him and told him that I had a periodontist for decades and he didn't refer me to one then?
