How unprofessional and scary to the patients. The roof of my mouth was extremely bruised and there were more cuts in my mouth than need be. I had no stitches, just 3 gaping holes in my mouth. JUST BECAUSE YOU PUT SOMEONE UNDER, DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN BE AGGRESSIVE AND LIFE THREATENING TO THEM. I was in and out of it while they were being violent in my mouth. I felt what they were doing. This apparently released bacteria into my gums and caused an infection. I met Dr. Liu for a consultation and new right away I wanted her to do the procedure.
