I took my truck in this morning due to a noise coming from the front driver-side wheel. After their…read moreinspection, they recommended replacing the front bearings, the front driver-side U-joint, the rear brakes, one rear caliper, and one rear rotor -- all totaling around $3,500. Just the front bearings and U-joint were quoted at approximately $2,200. Unfortunately, they didn't provide a written estimate or itemized quote, even after I paid for the inspection. Speaking of the inspection -- this is where things get frustrating. Although they advertise a free "Midas Touch Visual Courtesy Check," I was charged $188.69 for what they called an "Engine Service" / "Level 2 Diagnostic Inspection." This supposedly includes scanning for trouble codes and reviewing the results. I currently have three dashboard lights on, including the check engine light, and none of these were addressed. The only feedback I received was based on visible, physical issues -- nothing related to the diagnostics I paid for. I also specifically asked them to check why my heater wasn't blowing. They never mentioned it again, let alone offered a diagnosis or recommendation -- it was as if they completely ignored the request. Overall, I left feeling misled and overcharged. For the price I paid, I expected better communication, more thorough diagnostics, and at the very least, a written quote. I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to anyone -- not even my worst enemy.

Terrible experience and shady service! I went to Midas to…read morehave all four of my headlight bulbs replaced. Originally, only my left high beam wasn't working, but I asked them to replace all four to keep things even. Instead of just doing that, they overcharged me and claimed that my right socket was "fried"--even though that light was working perfectly before I brought it in. They didn't even provide the correct part name for me to fix it myself. Worse, after their work, my car started dying constantly, and I found out they had messed up the wiring to my alternator. That never happened before I brought my car in. They also never gave me back the light bulb I bought for the right low beam, which they were supposed to use for the replacement. Now I'm dealing with extra repairs and more costs--all because of problems they caused. It feels like they're just creating issues so I keep coming back and spending more money. I will never trust Midas again and I strongly suggest others look elsewhere for honest service.

They replaced the compressor and condenser, recharged the AC, and explained everything clearly. The staff was professional, honest, and respectful throughout the process. Asked about schedule issues and if they can confidently do this job. Then was replied with: "no no scheduled issues sir , the car is in line with the space of it still being occupied by the car itself it was just one of those days unfortunetly and we couldnt start on it today , the work time is still the same im just backed up by 1 day sir , i apologize for this inconvinience and since we dont open sundays , the best bet will be to finish it by monday" Told specifically not to start it or drive it due to timing being off and creating additional damage. But that was disregarded and started any way. Highly unprofessional place and strongly don't recommend bringing your car here if you love or care for your car. I have been lied to and disrespected. This can be you as well. If anyone has doubts or questions, I have everything documented

Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full. Even when there were some issues with the used transmission that we had sourced Joe worked with them on our behalf and got them to warranty it and send a different one. Today my son picked up the car and it runs beautifully. I can't thank the team at Elite enough for taking care of us, being trustworthy, affordable, and going above and beyond with awesome customer service!

Honda Cars Of Bellevue

If you've ever wanted to experience the absolute pinnacle of automotive incompetence, I highly…read morerecommend paying a visit to the service department at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Seriously -- it's a masterclass in how to get absolutely nothing done while confidently having no idea what's going on. I purchased my car here in April. Fast forward to May 24th -- blew a tire. No big deal, right? I had the foresight to purchase a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. You'd think that would make this an easy process. Oh, you sweet, naïve soul. Enter Dustin and Rick, the service manager -- and I use manager loosely, because managing anything seems wildly outside his skillset. These two couldn't find my warranty anywhere. Poof. Vanished. Like a magician's trick, except instead of applause, all you get is delays and migraines. Then, in a moment of pure, unfiltered genius, Rick tells me there's a $150 deductible and that the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic wheel damage. Only problem? He was quoting a warranty this dealership hasn't sold in over three years. Three. Years. And who had to enlighten him? Me -- after calling my salesperson and getting the real information. Because apparently, the service manager has no idea what products his own dealership sells. You truly can't make this up. And here's where it gets downright insulting. 11 days later, I still don't have my car back. Eleven. Days. Over a tire. I've watched entire homes get built faster than these clowns can fix a wheel. Their mysterious, elusive "wheel guy" comes once a week, and somehow didn't get to my car last week. Now we're into this week, and no one can confirm if the mythical wheel guy is even gracing the dealership with his presence today. Eleven days. For a tire. I cannot stress enough how wildly unacceptable and embarrassing this is for a professional dealership. Honestly, I'd have a better shot handing my keys to a 22-year-old meth head at Jiffy Lube. At least he'd have the decency to wreck it quickly instead of stringing me along for a week and a half. The fact that a service manager has no idea what his dealership sells, can't coordinate a basic tire repair, and thinks it's fine to leave a customer without their vehicle for 11 days over a flat is beyond belief. This isn't a joke. It's not exaggerated. It's just Honda Cars of Bellevue being tragically, spectacularly bad at what they do. If you like wasting your time, being lied to, and dealing with a service department that would lose a race to a snail with a limp, this is your place. Otherwise -- stay far, far away. Update: I just found out the wheel guy won't be coming in today... because of the weather. Now, before you picture some catastrophic, end-of-days scenario, let me clarify -- it's 60° and drizzling. I had to actually step outside to make sure I wasn't missing a biblical flood, an alien invasion, or a solid 30 inches of snow. Nope. Just a little drizzle and the kind of mild weather that even house cats would be fine in. And yet somehow, that's enough to derail this already tragic operation. 12 days and counting... over a tire...
