This guy is polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. When he doesn't know an answer he's not shy to get accurate info. He is smart as all get out, an excellent listener, and an outstanding communicator of plans and options. And, Colton installed our glass screen protectors flawlessly. I didn't realize mine was even on when he handed my new phone to me. Along with buying phones, we had a lingering issue with Verizon corporate which Colton resolved with a direct call to his service contact. Very Happy with the deals we got on the iPhones we purchased: iPhone 17 Pro Max, and an iPhone 16. They came in seeking help after spending countless hours on the phone trying to unlock my grandmother's phone and resolve issues with her home phone voicemail. Before WES THE MANAGER even understood the situation, the manager's first response was, "I'm gonna tell you right now, if it's not active, I can't help you." He immediately assumed the phone wasn't active and spoke to them with an impatient, dismissive attitude instead of taking a moment to listen. The situation became even more disturbing when my 86-year-old grandmother set her purse beside his desk and accidentally touched his laptop. Instead of politely asking her to be careful, he yelled, "DO NOT TOUCH MY STUFF!" My grandmother was visibly startled and tried to explain herself, while my mother asked if he was serious. Rather than de-escalating the situation, he shouted, "I'm not helping you. I'm calling the police," and actually picked up his phone and called them. Calling the police on two elderly women who came into your store asking for help is beyond unprofessional. At no point was there any attempt to calmly resolve the situation or provide even basic customer service. The complete lack of patience, compassion, and respect shown to two senior citizens is unacceptable. This was one of the most shocking displays of customer service I have ever heard of. A manager represents the company, and this individual demonstrated behavior that reflects terribly on AT&T. I sincerely hope corporate investigates this incident because no customer--especially elderly customers--should ever be treated this way.
