NICHOLSONS AUTO !!!…read more Beware!! My insurance company called NICHOLSONS Auto in Salem, WV to tow my Camaro from center pointe to Big Isaac. This was on December 3rd right before the snow storm. This Is the reason I'm just now finding the damage. We dont drive camaros in snow storms or bad weather. The lady on the phone says well how Do we know WE caused the damage. I said because the car was fine before if got towed here and hasn't moved since. Now the front right tire is bent 12 inches to the right. Obviously something happened in tow and they want to deny it now. I'll just get my insurance and a lawyer involved. Don't have Nicholson's tow your vehicles if you plan to get it to its destination in one piece. #ownyourmistakesnicholsons #lawyeredup

As the appointment neared, I received a text with a link to a repair status site - WOW! Love that I could see when the work was started and an estimate cost of all the work to be done. I was able to drop my truck on a Sunday night with the convenient night-drop-window. When my truck was ready, the site flashed my truck was ready for pickup. The truck was ready within the estimate repair timeline which was very appreciated. When I arrived, I was met with courteous smiles and chatty banter. I paid and received important instructions on washing my vehicle, etc. I truly appreciate the professionalism and exceptional work done on my truck bringing it back to looking like new. I highly recommend you use T-Body.

It was a young girl who just got her license and was involved in a accident. They wanted 600 the next day to give her the car back. We asked for a itemized bill explaining the charges and was told that we could not have one until she paid the 600. Then they said if she couldn't pay the 600 the other option was to pay them 300 and give them the title in order to get her personal belongings out of the car. When I told him that is illegal he hung up on us. I am turning them in to the better business bureau. They should be ashamed of trying to rob young kids. They are a disgusting company.
