My truck broke down on a Friday afternoon while I was out with my son and his girlfriend, and I was worried about the inconvenience and the time it would take to get back on the road. From the moment I called, the team at Kelley's was incredibly responsive and professional. They arrived quickly to recover my truck and assessed the situation with great expertise. It was a young girl who just got her license and was involved in a accident. They wanted 600 the next day to give her the car back. We asked for a itemized bill explaining the charges and was told that we could not have one until she paid the 600. Then they said if she couldn't pay the 600 the other option was to pay them 300 and give them the title in order to get her personal belongings out of the car. When I told him that is illegal he hung up on us. I am turning them in to the better business bureau. They should be ashamed of trying to rob young kids. They are a disgusting company.

This Is the reason I'm just now finding the damage. We dont drive camaros in snow storms or bad weather. The lady on the phone says well how Do we know WE caused the damage. I said because the car was fine before if got towed here and hasn't moved since. Now the front right tire is bent 12 inches to the right. Obviously something happened in tow and they want to deny it now. I'll just get my insurance and a lawyer involved.
