Due to the lack of preparedness and ignorance, we drove all season tires in a 4WD/snow tire area. Back to TA, we called and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. We told him our situation and was immediately willing to help. We didn't need his help because we got out safely but I did keep his number for our departure day. Fast toward, On Sunday, we reached out for his help and he immediately responded in seconds. He even followed up with a phone call after his response. He gave us the best directions and we followed his instructions. We made through the roads safely, we greatly appreciate his help. As the appointment neared, I received a text with a link to a repair status site - WOW! Love that I could see when the work was started and an estimate cost of all the work to be done. I was able to drop my truck on a Sunday night with the convenient night-drop-window. When my truck was ready, the site flashed my truck was ready for pickup. The truck was ready within the estimate repair timeline which was very appreciated. When I arrived, I was met with courteous smiles and chatty banter. I paid and received important instructions on washing my vehicle, etc. I truly appreciate the professionalism and exceptional work done on my truck bringing it back to looking like new. I highly recommend you use T-Body.
