Dr. Faggiano first saw me a couple years ago when I was in a bad car accident. He is my local chiropractor. I feel extremely lucky to have met someone so down to earth and knowledgeable about the body and its systems. I love the office and his team I recently am back because I was thrown off my horse, leaving my lower back in a lot of pain. I am back to see him again- so happy this man is still running his business strong! Yay to this relief! read more

Dr Faggiano has cared for me and my Mom for years!! He is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate!!!

Update: from 1 star to 3 stars After I posted my review, I got a call from Dr. Faggiano. He said the receptionist that called me misunderstood what she she was supposed to tell me. He said she was only supposed to ask me about an update of the insurance status, and to see if I had any information about it. ( which she did) She also told me that the check that was given to me is sometimes included in the payment for chiropractic service. He said she's should have not said that. For making the extra effort of calling and reaching out, I've updated my star rate from 1 to 3.. But but everything remains the same. They still contacted me 10 months later. ( See review below) He's a nice guy. But if you're looking to come here for an insurance claim due to an accident, you'll have to be extra patient to get the paperwork completed by him. I have reached out to him multiple times through Yelp and email, and the paperwork the insurance adjuster asked for after OVER a month was not received. The insurance finally informed me that they will take care of it on their end and not to worry about payment. TODAY.. 10 MONTHS LATER, HIS OFFICE CALLS ME AND TRIES TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THEIR PAYMENT IS. SERIOUSLY?!? The insurance company along with myself have been trying to get paperwork handled and you FINALLY call me to FIGURE OUT PAYMENT. This is very frustrating and unprofessional to say the least. ( And this happened Pre- Covid 19, So whatever reason he might have of not getting the documents, is unrelated to the current pandemic) AS FAR AS TREATMENT GOES: Everyone starts off on the massage chairs then transfers on the TENS unit, then gets seen by Dr. Faggiano. He seems to know what he's talking about, but treatment is sub par. read more

Dr. Faggiano is awesome. Very laid back, patient, and mellow kinda guy. I was having headaches due to my neck pinching. a nerve or something. (I stopped treatment about 6 months ago) My neck is doing great, no more crazy headaches, my neck doesn't ache the way it used to. He really fixed it. I went to him for 4 months, it was worth it. Highly recommend him! I always had my kids with me and he was super accommodating, just so chill. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Faggiano for about 4 years now. Not consistently but from time to time when I feel like I can barely get out of bed. I notice I am a lot more groggy, unable to concentrate due the neck pain, inability to do certain workouts at the gym due to lower back and hip. Complain to my husband and little one about the pain I am feeling which doesn't allow me to move around comfortably. As soon as I see Dr. Faggiano and he does his magic I am instantly better. Feel so much more energetic and able to move around my neck easily. Lucky for me he's a 3 minute drive and I am in and out of there in 30 minutes at most. Thanks Faggiano Chiro! read more

Dr. Faggiano is very knowledgeable and super patient. I have been with his consistent treatment for months. Little by little, I have started feeling less painful and gaining more confidence. The service is quick and efficient. You never get to wait. The massage chair is very comfortable. There is a plenty of parking space in the plaza. read more

I've never gone to a chiropractor before, so after dealing with pain in my shoulder for the past 4 months, my wife called and made an appointment for me. Symptoms; I couldn't lift anything with my right arm, especially in the pulling or pushing movement. If I had to reach back or lift something over my head, forget about it...I was in too much pain. I thought over time it would heal itself, but that wasn't the case. Dr. Faggiano's office is a clean, open door type of place where you could see and hear people getting worked on. We discussed my issues, my limitations, movements, etc and he made recommendations and started treatment. From deep tissue massages, breaking down the muscle and tendon, and loosening everything up in my shoulder, I felt like a million bucks after leaving his office every time. Obviously one trip isn't going to do it, so I went about 8 times. My appointments lasted anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes, depending on how busy he was and how much pain I was in. I never felt rushed, he always made it clear about what he was doing, what his goal was, how I should be feeling and if I had any questions. Everyone's injury or pain is different, so based off of my shoulder injury alone, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here. Dr. Faggiano is a true professional and I highly recommend his services. Also, my should is about 90% now and I'm slowly building strength back in it. Huge improvement than it was originally! OOH, and definitely take a seat in his massaging chairs....they're pretty awesome! read more

Jennifer is a wonderful receptionist. She is courteous and very professional. Jennifer always accommodate my last minute appointment. Dr. Faggiano is a great chiropractor. He wants to make sure that I am able to function normal with my body aches. Dr. Faggiano has to adjust from my neck to my ankle every single time. He cares about my well-being. I really enjoy the new massage machine. The movements dig deep into my lower back, mid back, upper shoulder, neck, buttock, and legs as well. The stem therapy is much stronger now, and it helps relieve my lower back pain since it is very easy for me to sprain the area very easily. read more

I've been coming here for a little over a month now, and Dr.Faggiano is awesome. I was referred here by one of my employees after I was rear ended in a car accident. The first day I made my appt, I asked to come in a few hours early since my back was killing me. Without even checking any available openings or even being open yet, Dr. Faggiano said NO PROBLEM. You can't get that kind of care just anywhere. So far all of my adjustments have been great. I always walk out feeling so much better than when I went in. Definately referral if you ever need a chiropractor. read more

Faggiano Chiropractic gives the best care I have ever received in a medical facility. I initially came in to see him about a problem that I was having with my knee. When I first called I was in a lot of pain and was given an appointment the same day. He gave me an x-ray, loads of advice on how to care for my injury, an exercise plan to strengthen it, and adjustments- for a very reasonable price, and all my fallow up treatments have cost even less than the initial appointment. I have pain issues other than my knee problem and he will do all the adjustments and therapies I need in one appointment, for them same price that he charged me for only my initial knee care! Plus when you wait for your adjustments you get to sit in the most lovely massage chairs. Everytime I leave I feel better for weeks, and am experiencing more long term pain reduction as well!! Yay!! I have never had a problem getting next day appointments. It is so nice to have a medical provider who actually listens to you when you talk about your aches and medical history. If you have any pain issues, and can't afford a trip to the regular doctor (like me) or even if you can, I totally recommend Dr. Faggiano. read more

Exactly what I want in a Chiropractor. Honesty, skill, and no hocus-pocus hoax treatments. I went here today for a pinched nerve in my neck that's been bugging me for a few weeks, limiting my freedom of movement in turning my head. Dr. Faggiano skillfully examined my neck and zeroed in directly on my problem areas. He administered several tests that check for more serious spinal and neck injury, and satisfied that he found none, administered several neck and back adjustments that immediately freed up much of the limited motion I was experiencing, and reduced the pain I was having. He followed up with electro-stim on the affected muscles, and I left with dramatically reduced pain and with improved range of motion. He didn't push any new-age bogus therapies or supplements, and they accepted my Cigna health insurance with its standard chiropractic co-pay. NO HIDDEN SURPRISES! read more

1. Several years ago, I had gotten really sick. I had gone to a few Doctors and told them I wasn't feeling good. Each passed it off as flu and told with proper flu care I would get better. Seven weeks went and I was still sick. My shooting fevers (up to 104) wouldn't stop and my coughing got worse so I went in to get adjusted. Long story short, when I came in Dr. F told me (based on the adjustment) he knew my left lung was roff... like really off. (he said it more in professional terms) Well, I went back to my Doctor and demanded an X-ray. Come to find out I had Walking Pneumonia, Bronchitis, and my left lung was really affected. I got the antibiotics I needed to get better and I couldn't have done that without Dr F help! Honestly his adjustment also gave me the relief I needed too while I suck since my body was in so much pain. I know I'm a hot mess but I have another reason.. 2. One day, I hurt my lower back really bad and could barely walk. When I moved my head to sneeze, it would hurt my back. It was THAT sensitive. I couldn't do much and I was sadden by this. After a year of chiropractic care with him, I was able to walk again and even run again!! :) He is professional, nice, and not into pressuring you to get more of his services. His work speaks for himself. I recommend him over anyone. :) read more

I've been going to Dr Faggiano for several years now. I have many back problems from previous car accidents and surgery. I also play ice hockey which can throw my back out of alignment at times. Dr Faggiano is a highly skilled chiropractor and is one of the best in the bay area. I have been to many, so believe me that I know a good one. Give him a try and your back will thank you for it. Did I mention that he can adjust your hips, feet and shoulders too? I'm convinced that if it has a bone in it, he can adjust it. read more

Dr. Faggiano is definitely one of the best chiropractors I've had. I have been going to chiropractors on and off for the last 30 years. When my last chiropractor left the area I left my body unchecked for the last six months. I finally decided that I had to yelp the nearest chiropractor because I twisted my neck. I simply yelped the closest five star chiropractor in the area. When I entered the office, I was greeted by the very polite receptionist. My wait was not long at all even though I called the same day for treatment. My first appointment was relatively long as the doctor had to assess what was going on with my neck as well as the history. When the doctor found out and I have been going to the chiropractor on and off in my range of motion that day was horrible, he did an X-ray for me. After my x-ray my treatment started. Dr. start at me with a stem shock then massage chair. We ended my treatment with an adjustment. I found out my first treatment, that not only was my neck a permanent injury but that was also such a thing as a feet adjustment! And the many years that I've been going to a chiropractor, none of the doctors ever mentioned that to me. For this reason, I have decided to get regulate treatments from Dr. Faggiano. Thank you Dr!! read more

Dr Faggiano is only looking to get into your pants... and take your money! I had a back pain that was troubling me for over one year. Dr. Faggiano is honest, gets straight to the point, and is a professional. He did a thorough exam with me,took X-rays and explained everything to the tee. Did two adjustments with him and automatically felt some relief in my problematic areas. Also, Marceline (I hope I spelled that right) is the perfect fit for the front receptionist. She is super nice, bubbly, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my insurance is out of network with this place. But I highly recommend! read more

So I found Dr. Faggiano on yelp because I wasn't happy with another chiropractor I was going to here in Fremont. This office is so spacious and nice, plus came with a super nice and loving receptionist I came for my lower back pain that I couldn't explain, after a couple x-rays and adjustments he really saved me. I was in excruciating pain that I actually came in crying because I couldn't sit or barely walk. After using the electric muscle stim work, a massage chair, and the adjustments from Dr. Faggiano, I was amazed of how much pressure was relieved and no more back spasms, I could also walk way better. I would totally recommend him to anyone! read more

Always professional and always friendly! I have to thank Dr. Faggiano for his excellent skills. Always walked out better than when I went in. I've been going here for many years. My back and neck pain was so bad that sometimes I experienced faint spells from them. Some mornings I'd wake to find my neck/head tilted to one side and I could not move it any more than an inch, this sometimes lasted for about a week. My brother tried rubbing it once, and I blacked out again. Luckily I found Dr. Faggiano who was a couple blocks from my house (at the time), and he did his magic, the next day I was able to move. We setup bi-weekly visits till I was well clear of these episodes and I've never had half the pain since. Seems like my family has a history of bad backs, I'm trying to get some of them to go, but as the saying goes "you can lead a horse to water..." read more

I went to see Dr. Faggiano for neck and shoulder pain. The lady at the front desk and the dr himself are both really nice. However, after seeing Dr. Faggiano 2 times, my pain got worse. The first time he adjusted my neck I had a really bad headache. He told me it was normal, but when he checked my neck he said he has to adjust it because it's stuck? After the neck adjustment, my head felt lighter. He then m adjusted my shoulder that same visit. I went home and was not able to sleep or hold my baby. My shoulder was hurting more than it did after the adjustment. Although he has a great office and is really nice, he's just not the doctor for me. read more
