IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING This rental company is not very…read morecustomer oriented. I booked chairs from them for my wedding that happens to be on a Sunday. One week before the event, they emailed me wanting to drop them off Friday since they said they're close on the weekends. I had too much on my plate, so I wasn't able to check my email that week. Friday came, and that's the only time someone tried to reach out to me saying their delivery guys were already at the venue. When I clarified it with their customer service, she blamed me for not checking my email they sent 1 WEEK PRIOR TO MY EVENT. They said they can deliver it to me on Sunday with additional inconvenience cost! HAD I KNOWN THIS INFORMATION, I WILL NOT BOOK WITH THEM SINCE I ONLY HAVE THE VENUE RENTED FOR THE DAY. After complaining and arguing to the very rude manager, he finally resigned and said it was a miscommunication, and they will be delivering it for free. However, given the stress they put on me, I didn't want to deal with them anymore as they seem to be not very reliable. I asked for a refund, but they said they're not doing refunds, and they only give credits/gift cash. I will only get married once, and given my bad experience, I don't think I'll ever attempt to use that gift card anymore. So, there goes my money down the drain since their contract isn't really flexible to their customer's needs, but ONLY THEIR OWN GREED. Giving poor customer service and not disclosing important information before the purchase like delivery time, then saying you can't refund if you cancel is just pure DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Plus, the chairs were not even wiped ready for the next customers. They wanted to get free storage for the weekend and gaslighted me again and again saying other previous customers were okay with it. We ended up getting another supplier who rented the chairs for a cheaper price with better quality. Overall, it was very disappointing!

It was a pleasant surprise seeing more development by the airport, from hotels to restaurants. I checked out Rochester International Event Center. I like the fact that if you have a wedding or some major function at this centre, you can fly in, stay at a hotel nearby, and enjoy yourself. This event centre has a ton of parking. It's free, which is nice when such a place is by the airport. You normally need to pay. This event centre has the largest ballroom in Southeast Minnesota. It's over 13,000 square feet. Accessibility is decent, where you can park by the main doors and have those needing assistance enter the centre without dealing with steps or a ramp. This place hosts a number of events, including weddings, conventions, meetings, seminars, and corporate events. It may be a bit far if you live in northern Rochester to some, but it's an easy drive down highways 52 and 63. The food menu looks good. I wish that i was invited to an event at this place! It was nice finding this event centre. There wasn't anything happening when I was here on a Friday evening in early April. Perhaps it's busier on weekends. (165)

She wasn't demanding at all, but very friendly and kind and acted like she had known me for years! She made our photography very enjoyable. The pictures she took were not only abundant, but phenomenal in quality. She really captured our special day in the best light possible and I couldn't be more thankful. As my husband is in a wheelchair, she also works excellently with people with special needs and made our pictures reflect how beautiful our love for each other is. I would recommend her to ANYONE and I would rehire her in a heart beat.

It still has its issues.. two rooms for my recent transplant follow up and my son was a kidney donor and they did not have any heat in the room. Lightbulbs missing out of fixtures.. It seems they can get by limited service because they're close to Mayo We were at Mayo Clinic the end of January 2025 for a kidney transplant. We reserved rooms for the family and also our stay was 30 days. When we arrived, the hotel did not have any heat and customers were very upset. We went to Walmart and purchased heating blankets and portable heaters for our room and for our family' Members rooms. It seems the ownership group for the Kahler hotels either doesn't know about these issues or their standards are lower than most. I would never recommend staying at the Kahler Inn and as far as the kahler Grand, I would recommend would make sure that everything is functioning in the room before you pay.
